Been in the drive thru for 20 mins and still haven't gotten to the service window. This bank has become a joke since it turned to Truist.

Ever since the switch to Truist, I spend my whole lunch hour in the drive thru. I dont know if they are short staffed or just new staff but it NEVER took this long as a BB & T. The lines are usually around the corner now.

Never went to a bank and couldn't get servic. Short of staff is an understatement it'd never no one there might as well be a drive thru only

Giving a very low score due to customer serviceCalled about changing a savings account they said l needed to come in. Didn't mention need app. Went to the window to put it in the current one, a large amt. Said l didn't have one ..but would open one
