This was a government-paid move, and I am shocked at how badly it was handled. The packing job was completely careless — nothing like the professional standards I’ve experienced with other government-contracted movers. Boxes were thrown together without proper wrapping or padding, and fragile items were mixed in with heavy ones as if they didn’t matter.
When my shipment arrived, multiple items were broken, furniture was scuffed, and some boxes looked like they had been dropped. For a move paid for with taxpayer dollars, the quality was inexcusable. If this company represents what’s acceptable for government moves, the system needs serious review.
Avoid them if you can — both your belongings and your peace of mind deserve better.

Kevin, Santiago (L), and Sergio were the delivery agents for my PCS move. They were professional, efficient, and patient when I needed to inspect items for possible damage. The furniture which required assembly, such as the bed and couch, was assembled without issue after being moved to our 4th floor apartment unharmed.
Nothing but the best to say about these guys!

Kevin, Santiago, Fidel, Sergio, and Pancho were fantastic. They all had had great attitudes, hustled, and were very respectful of our belongings and home. They helped to identify items that arrived damaged. They checked several times to ensure nothing else needed to be unpacked or debris removed. I’ve shipped household goods 13 times and they were the best crew.
