Horrendous experience at this store. Zero compassion or empathy and non-existent customer service. I've never heard of an electronics store not allowing customers to ascertain that the product purchased works. I went in the store after the NSU homecoming game, not looking for anything for free, but because my son and I were stranded after our phones died, and we couldn't get a Lyft back to the hotel. We were told we couldn't charge our phones in there but that I could purchase a charging bank if I wanted to charge my phone. When I questioned whether the charging bank would work because I thought you usually had to charge them first, I was assured it would. She took it out of the packaging, and my son had to show her that it wasn't working. She then scammed us into also purchasing a charging cord from her, but then still wouldn't allow us to even get the charging bank working. We had to walk much further away before the amazing and compassionate individuals at Fabio's Pizza showed kindness and allowed us to charge our phones long enough to get back to the hotel (and they have amazing cannolis).

Having the doors locked during normal business hours is unprofessional. When I need to pay my phone bill someone needs to be in the store if the sign says OPEN ‼️‼️‼️

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with Chevy at the location. I will first go on the record to state that I visited the location months ago to receive assistance concerning my calls being dropped. Chevy was in fact helpful during the visit where she saw that my service/network was poor. She made a call to see that I had no service and the calls dropped and checked my phone for updates. She called a rep who does not work there anymore to get advice on what a solution would be. I was told that I was on a rainbow network (not sure what that is), so switching sim cards could not guarantee that I wouldn't have the same issue. I explained to customer service as well as to Chevy that this is not a phone issue it was the overall network that was the problem. I must also say that I called customer service prior to visiting the location without a solution as well. Feb 26, I received a text to state that Boost was enhancing the network to connect more towers. From that point on, my service has been bad. I revisited the location back on May 1st to switch sim cards just to see if I could get some sort of resolution. Again was told by Chevy that may not work, she asked if wanted to buy a new phone, and then suggested switching to the new customer deal/plan where there would be better towers/service, would get new number, would need my card for auto pay and bill would be $25 versus the $58 I was currently paying. Sounds good right! After being a customer for over 7 years I selected the deal to save with better service and didn't stress about getting a new number. Chevy was again helpful in getting this set up and stating that this was a great deal to obtain better service and cheaper bill. I agreed. May 17th, I receive an email thanking me for payment of $58 from previous account/number. I quickly called Boost customer service to request a refund. I was told to give it a few days to confirm that it goes through my bank because they could not see where payment was taken. I have the email and bank statement as proof. 3 days later I call back and was told to visit the location that set up the new account for MY REFUND. I go in to speak with Chevy and she automictically puts blame on me for not telling her about my previous account auto pay. I was nicely speaking with her to explain that I came in with the service issue, she retrieved my number and pin to pull up my account information in order to switch me over. She explained that she did not look at that information. I have always had ONE ACCOUNT, ONE DEVICE for years. She let me know that refunds are not done there to contact billing at Boost Mobile. I contact Boost where they refuse to refund due to the rep/Chevy action of creating a new account without deactivating my old account and removing auto pay. I must also say that Chevy looked at my previous account and claimed that my debit card was not on the account. The Boost rep on the phone mentioned that my previous account was still active with my card. I entered the location with the rep on the phone because he wanted to speak with Chevy to confirm that she in fact created the new account with the new number and DID NOT deactivate my old one. This is where her pleasant attitude and customer service changed for the worst. She did not want to take accountability. She proceed to tell me that she was about to vacuum the store there was nothing she could do, it's 6:20pm and the store closes at 7pm. Now this is where I became unpleasant. I let her know she would not disregard me and act like this is something she wasn't involved in. She told me to not tell her what to do after telling her she need to fix the problem. She went on to vacuum the store as if I cared and as if I was going to leave. As I am finishing the call, she remained in the backroom. The fact that this has to be escalated just for a $58 refund is crazy. Who can fix this??? If your camera's work review the conversations from May 1st and May 22.

They weren’t aware of the online deals and tried to charge 4 times as much as any of the online deals. Better off ordering everything online and not going into the store. You get better service and more knowledge than the store workers.

Wow I just saw the girl with pink hair at Boost. I think her name was Chevy but she said my bill gone be $25 when Boost start doing that for unlimited she need a raise her customer service was great she told me bout all the different ways we could do it stuff. I decided to do the $25 but she really knows her stuff. Thanks Pinky

I been coming here for years. I came to pay my bill. And Chevy got my bill down to $50 for 2 LINES. I'm blown away. That is going to save me A LOT of money every month. She is great
