I received excellent customer service from Lucky. She was great at multi tasking with me & one more customer. She is very knowledgeable with the phones offered & their features. I'm an android user. She also had a protective case & screen protector at this store for my new phone. She was able to answer all my questions with the purchase of my new phone. I had two other stores I could have gone to that were closer to my location but they don't always have the greatest customer service. After reading the reviews is how I ended up at Lucky's store & I am very pleased! I will continue to go out of my way to deal with this store. Thank you again Lucky you were fantastic & greatly appreciated.
