I had my car repaired here after getting rear ended. The workers were nice and kept me updated with the process. Overall my car looked good and it was repaired quickly. But my left rear tail lamp is no longer working (which is was working before going there) and the bolts to hold them in were not even hand tight they were loose. And the back fabric was not put back in.

Absolutely amazing communication and service repairs!! Everything was done well and way over expectations. I used Caliber before in the past and that speaks volumes for itself and the service this time was just as amazing!!!! Thanks again to Matt and his team!!!

I brought my car to this Caliber facility after my insurance company recommended them due to bumper damage. This particular Caliber unfortunately was not able to complete the repair well after having my vehicle for two weeks. They are decent at communicating but awful at handling the issues brought by a customer because I took it to a different caliber collision and they were not only able to handle the issues and understand the concerns I had but they were also extremely professional and knowledgeable which was something I did not receive from this center. This Caliber repaired my car with flaws so I had to move to a sister location for my sanity where I am now being handheld with professionalism and promptness! I would not recommend this collision center and strongly advise to try another one.

I had to switch shops with my insurance company they were so bad. They left pieces from my repair just randomly throughout my vehicle. They left screws from my door panel that they didn't reattach in the vents of my jeep. The left the old fender that they took off in the back of my jeep. They said they would fix the issues and would call me with a time and just never really he'd back out. They hung up on my insurance agent as well. Just use someone else.

Caliber Collision did a fantastic job repairing our 2024 Subaru Ascent! The communication with Michael Christensen and Stephen Baker absolutely defined the true meaning of great customer service. We were kept updated on the progress and all questions were answered. We were unsure if the back lift glass was actually Subaru glass and Stephen followed through when we asked about it and called to be sure the company had indeed sent Subaru glass. We were unable to pick up vehicle up the evening that it was ready. Stephen called us the next morning to say he wasn't completely pleased with a few things and wanted to correct them before we came to get it. We were quite pleased that he was up front and honest with us as opposed to letting us take it and hoping we wouldn't notice. We were shown nothing less than total respect, integrity and a genuine concern for our satisfaction. We will definitely be spreading our great experience with others. Thank you to the great team of Merritt Street Caliber Collision!

Hands down the best repair shop. They were communicative every day with updates and tracking process. My car looks amazing . I will be referring all friends & family and if I ever need more repair will definitely be coming to Caliber. Thank you Matt , Mike , and Stephen with all the communication back and forth and even dealing with a nightmare with auto insurance. Thank you guys so much !

Absolutely amazing service! I needed my headlight bulbs replaced and just called them to ask for advice on where to go, and they had my bring in my car and replaced the bulbs on the spot! They were so kind and helpful and made sure I didn’t get screwed over by a mechanic shop. Highly recommend!!!

Caliber Collision took care of my vehicle and me like a DREAM! They ended up keeping it a few days longer than originally expected, but WAY made up for it with their outstanding service. Everyone was amazing from the man who greeted me at the door and set up the appointment to the man who went over what all service would be done including the cost, ( so no surprises ), to the man who went the extra mile ( and I do mean a mile! ) to clean up, polish up, and make my vehicle look better, not just what was repaired but all over shiny and pretty!! They all are polite, courteous, and even laughed along with my lame jokes! I would tell everyone and anyone ( and I have! ) to take their business to Caliber Collision on Merritt St.?
