I brought my 2012 Ford Escape to Car-Life Transmission because I thought I was having transmission issues and was greeted by Jeremy. I told him my concerns and he recommended a diagnostic test. While we talked Chris one of the team members came in and got my keys. They both reassured me that they would check it out and let me know what they found. I was scared to find out and said I was praying for the best results and both Jeremy and Chris agreed. The diagnostic test was showing positive signs but Chris still touched bases with me to find out more about my worries. I explained them and he did a couple adjustments etc and called me and said he took it for a test drive and it was running like dream, so I could come get it. When I arrived to pick it up both Jeremy and Chris greeted me and told me if I had any other concerns to let them know. I appreciated both of their kindness! Great job guys and thank you so very much.

I was struggling with needing repairs and the dealership was wanting to over charge and hold on to my car for weeks just to repair my clutch and transmission. Car life took my vehicle in and got her done with in a single week. Best auto mechanic shop in the state! Highly recommend if you want professional work done with a great price!

Jeremy and his team at CarLife have been great, fair, and transparent people to work with. Last year, I came to them to inquire on having some transmission work done on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500. At the time, I was unaware that I would also need to have both front and rear axles rebuilt, as well as ultimately having the transmission rebuilt. Instead of having me simply take their word for it, they asked me to come to their workshop to see why the rebuilds were necessary. It was very nice to have very knowledgeable professionals explain the situation to me. After having the transmission, front axle, and rear axle rebuilt, I was having trouble codes from the transmission - the torque converter was not performing correctly. I brought the truck back to Jeremy and his team several times to see if maybe it was low on fluid, or the issue was simple. After a few visits, they determined that the transmission pump needed to be changed., and a different torque converter installed. That fixed the issue, and about 6 months later, I have not encountered any issues. An additional job that CarLife performed for me was to service the transfer case on my pickup. The truck has been running great, and I am very grateful for the professionalism and expertise that the CarLife team provided to me. I have, and will continue to recommend Jeremy and his team for any driveline work on any vehicle. This is the place to go - you will not be disappointed!

Proffessional, honest, and efficient. I thought my transmission was blow and ready to junk my beloved vehicle. Jeremy took the time to conduct a courtesy inspection and provide me an estimate to repair my front CV Axels. Work was completed same day. Very thankful for their shops integrity and ability to help me fix my car. Would recommend over and over again!

Car Life was recommended to me by 2 local automotive repair shops. Both shops spoke highly of Car Life's reputation and honest manner in dealing with customers. They spoke truthfully...the owner and his team spent time communicating w me throughout a complicated diagonostic process. They were able to solve my car's issue. Can't say enough about their service and commitment to customers!

Excellent customer service. Courteous, professional staff. Quality work. Clean and well organized shop area. Successfully diagnosed and repaired a mystery vibration, this was the third shop we tried after two other shops failed to diagnose. Highly recommend.

Gonna start with i definitely recommend this business for your transmission and transfer case needs! They’re very knowledgeable, their shop is very organized and work table are very clean. Most important of all to me is that they’re very honest mechanics and professionals, they will not lead you into getting stuff done if you don’t need it. They truly take pride in their work!

Very happy with my experience. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, prices are reasonable. Jeremy was great to work with and was very helpful. If I need transmission work again, I will be sure to go here.
