Very rude I called and inquired about a vehicle and got hung up on. Oh they don't do finance either allegedly that's what I was told when I spoke to whoever answered the phone. Very unprofessional.

I’m sorry to anyone who may have seen a positive review from me. For one: i didnt even write it. They offered to take a photo for me (that you see) and wrote the review they also told me i would receive a free service for it which i never did. I had to fix my transmission and clutch twice and my back lights weren’t working which is the only thing they actually fixed for me. Their mechanic is an older man who was extremely rude and disrespectful. They were so nice to me when i was there so i was naive and trusted them and then afterwards they flipped on me and became terrible people always dodging me and my phone calls. I ended up trading it in and buying a brand new car from a real dealership.

This is the best dealer I have ever seen, and Younes is the best salesman I have a met. As I am buying my first car in my life, Carpro Professional and Younes give me full time to do test drives twice. Younes also gave me enough advice, information, and time to do a pre-purchase inspection. Most importantly, they are fully honest and transparent with me, by telling me the history of the car, showing me the car report, and explaining everything about the purchase procedure. Younes shows every small deficit and major benefit of the car, recommends other cars, and lets me make the informed decision, with no pushing at all. The price negotiation process is also very professional, and the price is the lowest I can find on the market. Even though my car price is less than $2000, they explained everything about the loan and payment choices they could help me. They showed high respect for a new and cheap buyer like me, answering all of my naive questions patiently on DMV requirements, car insurance, etc. When signing the contract, they gave me enough time to see the contract and explain every question I had about the contract. Before delivering the car to my home, Younes and Carpro mechanic did the free oil change, fixed the windshield wiper, bought extra gas, fix nearly all the warning lights for me. They also gave me the mechanic diagnosis report on my car, and let me know the real details of my car. It turns out that the car is in very good condition, and the Carpro gave me an extremely good deal. Through the whole process, I felt respected. I felt their honesty, sincerity, love, and enthusiasm for this job. I can testify that they treated each customer diligently, including a cheap buyer like me who bought an extremely cheap car. I just could expect more from a car dealer and salesman. They are all greatly professional, and they bring me a great deal even though I didn't buy an expensive car. It is my fortune and blessing to meet my salesman Younes and buy a car at Carpro. Thanks so much. I will certainly go back to view their inventory and recommend my friends to buy a car at Carpro. 3 weeks later I have a broken water pump 2,000 repair. Called the dealer for support and they aren’t willing to help.

I just bought my car from here yesterday(7/25) and my car salesman was Unice (unsure if the spelling is right)! He was so kind and made sure the car was sent to get detailed before I come back to get it! What I think was the owner of the place was also kind and was able to help me through everything I needed to do, as this was my first time buying a car as an adult. If you are looking to get a first car for your child/Grandchild, or you are looking for a great deal on beautiful vehicles, this is the place! The detailing and new inspection was at no cost to me, and their kindness was very appreciated!!!!
I purchased my first SUV, as I have had a sedan since I was 16. The SUV I purchased only had a couple small dings that were barely noticeable, and a small scratch that could be buffed out! Considering the final price, it was an absolute steal!!

Update: It has been almost a month and I still have not received my title or check for my tags in the mail as I was told I would. I have tried to reach out about this several times today and have heard nothing about what the plan is now! It’s like messaging a brick wall! Still adore my car but can’t drive it with tags that have gone out! And the vehicle STILL is not registered under my name!!!

Bought a car from here…. So many costs in repairs didn’t help me when time came and I needed assistance. My car started falling apart literally weeks after purchasing it and I’ve spent over 600$ in repairs for my car. Should have never ever bought from them.

Don’t even bother. Called to speak with them about some cars and they literally hung up on my face on purpose. Emailed them and told them why they would do something like that and their response was come see us. If they treated me with such a lack of respect as someone looking to do business and could careless I would imagine they could careless about what type of vehicles they sell you or the condition.
