I found this place as I was looking to try gel x nail extensions as so many places don’t offer it yet and Thao definitely DID NOT disappoint!!! She was very nice not to mention professional! She did my nails exactly how I envisioned and made my first experience with the process worry-free. I will definitely be returning as I think I’ve found my new favorite nail salon and new fave nail tech too!! Go and check it out! Oh and if you want to really get relaxed while you’re there- they offer a free serving of wine! Can’t beat that!

I’ve gotten my nails done several places in Norfolk and this is by far my favorite! I always get nail art and Tammy did an incredible job and was very detailed! A great place and super sweet techs!

The salon is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. My nail technician was incredibly skilled and attentive, taking her time to ensure my nails were perfect. She listened to exactly what I wanted and offered helpful suggestions. The polish selection is extensive (according to my wife and daughter), with a huge range of colors and finishes. My manicure and pedicure look amazing and have lasted incredibly well. Beyond the excellent service, the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend Chic Nails and will definitely be back again and again and again - I've been coming here for 4 years 🤣

This place is amazing! I was looking for somewhere to do my nails after moving and my nail tech was so nice and welcoming!! did exactly what I asked for and even made wonderful conversation! I don't remember her name sadly, but she was at station number 8 today and she did a perfect job!

Had such a great experience at Chic Nails! John and Lynn were amazing and so professional and fun! Had a spa pedicure and a full set done with not one single issue or complaint! My new favorite nail place!

I found this place on google. It was my first time there. I was serviced by kelly, who did a great job overall. She made a little boo boo on my thumb with the clear polish, and I didn't notice it until later. The place was clean and it was not busy at all for a friday. Both services cost $84, not including tips. 4 star because she was bothered by my questions/ requests. I like making my request known because I don't like to walk away unhappy. But they like to take it personal.

Mimi did my nails and toes. Awesome basic pedi and gel mani. I'm hard on my nails, even gel. No chips. I'm a week in. Paid under $200 for mani pedis for me and my daughter, and my daughter got acrylic full set and I got gel polish on my nails. Mimi was fast and very sweet. See pics - again ... hard on my nails. No chips after a week.
