Ordered my flightposites yesterday Oct 30, they delivered today 0ct 31.. I don't know what all the bad reviews are about.... this was my 1st time ordering, after getting an alley oop from my shoe plug. I was skeptical at 1st because of the negative reviews, but i will 100% order again very soon. Thanks!!!!

I have been in a couple of times shopping for my grandsons. It’s been a great experience each time. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Look forward to going in again.

Worst retailer I have EVER shopped with. I encourage everyone to take their business elsewhere. Not only will they take 10 business days to ship your order, they will charge you $25 for shipping, not package your order well, and could care less if all of your order gets destroyed. Matter of fact, they get defensive and say you’re in the wrong, and “they have video evidence” of them shipping it. This isn’t the first time this has happened either and I can assure you it won’t stop anytime soon.
I’ve shopped at hundreds of retailers and I can assure you you’re better off at any other establishment. Don’t spend your money here, they do not appreciate or care about your experience, they just want your money.

A scam. Waited 2 weeks for my order, reached out to them, no response. If you call them you get no response. Don’t give them your money. I should have listened to all the bad reviews.

Order a pair of shoes that they didn’t ship to me. Asked two weeks later about the shoe and they stated the box was damaged and just canceled my order with out acknowledging anything. CS is a damn joke at this store

slow shipping everytime u order it takes at least 2 weeks for a shipping label to be created then u have to wait another 7 days to see if it actually even ships lol THEY NEED PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK NOT LAZY PPL who want to get paid for doing minimum work I work at a shoe store lol it doesn't take 3 weeks to ship a pair of shoes unless I have lazy employees

This is the worst experience I’ve received from a shoe store. I ordered shoes on 8/14 from their website. I reached out to them on 8/23 because I never received any shipping information. They emailed me immediately and told me shipping information takes 7-10 business days and stay safe. I immediately knew I was dealing with a very unprofessional establishment and individual. Today 8/28 makes the 10th business day and I received a notification from PayPal that my ordered had been cancelled and I had a refund. These shoes were a gift for my daughter. Now they’re sold out due to the lack of efficiency and effort this sorry store put fourth in fulfilling their orders.

This place is a FRAUD , i ordered sneakers August 17th and still there is nothing regarding the shipping of my sneakers. They stole my $177 real fast but haven’t reached back via email , won’t even answer the phone so i can see where my sneakers are DO NO BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!
