Can I just say I have just had an awesome, AWESOME encounter with Keione, the rep at Extra Space Storage on Tidewater! This has been the absolute best experience I have ever had in renting a storage unit in all my years of renting one. Where has this location been all my life?! 10 out of 10 stars!!! ⭐️

Avoid at all costs. Raised my $38 5x10 unit to OVER $100. Only use for short term storage because they will rip you off.

Keione and his professionalism started a few months before I even moved my belongings in. We need temporary space and Extra Space Storage seem to be the best option. But more importantly, Keione Was a difference maker. He followed up with me like you promised, and then when I got to meet him, he was very courteous and professional. He show me the units so that I can get a good idea on how are things would fit. Definitely, he is an asset to the organization And he set himself apart from the other two competitors that we had called.

Was upcharged for 24 hour access to a building that doesn't allow 24 hour access. The door to my floor was locked from the inside during regular business hours preventing me from using my door code to get in with no one to contact for assistance. Cringe.

This place is great to store stuff obviously but forget about the basics, there is nothing basic about the customer service here.Bianca is nothing short of amazing she helped me with my payment plan and helped me pick a great unit at a reasonable price.Super helpful and a super clean facility.Thank you for yall help!!!!

Keione, the Assistant Store Manager at Extra Space Storage off Tidewater Drive, was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He made setting up my reservation quick and easy, answered all my questions without rushing me, and made sure I understood everything clearly.
What really stood out was how easy he made the whole process—and on top of that, he helped me get a great deal. I actually ended up spending less than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Everything made sense, the price was right, and I was happy to go ahead and lock it in.
If you’re looking for storage and want someone who’s knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely helpful, definitely ask for Keione. He made the experience smooth and stress-free.
