This store is supposed to be open at 8am and it has a habit of not opening on time. It is 8:42 am and the store is still closed. This is not the first time and this is very unprofessional and a bad image for CVS.

Takes long time for medication to be filled and sometimes the drive-thur not open when says open and notifications should be sent out when having outage or issues to warn customers ahead of time

I now feel safe going to the CVS in Norfolk on, 3200 Lafayette blvd. Thanks for the added security, I hate shopping at a store were folks are smoking in front of the store, not just cigarette, but that other stuff that stinks. So for a while I stopped going to this location. But on today 4-11-2025 I experience great customer service from the young guy at checkout.

Just went to this location. Tried to use a $3 off coupon and the lady asked me for my CVS card. I didn't have it with me. She then asked me for a phone number. I gave her the number I thought was associated with my card. I recently moved and everything had changed. Long story short, she said it wasn't the correct phone number and I couldn't use the coupon. If it's going to be this complicated to use a $3 off coupon on a $4 box of envelopes, I'd rather go somewhere else. CVS is too expensive anyway. I'll stick to Walgreens.

DRIVE THRU ALWAYS CLOSED FOR PAST YEAR STRAIGHT !!!!!! New management not doing a good job ! Sad always understaffed … poor staff man always overwhelmed!!!

Most horrible pharmacy in norfolk! Nothing is ever ready even when it's been sent to them 2 days ago. Also never have any medicine you do need. Stay away from this pharmacy at all cost!
