CVS is a monopoly that gives zero care about their customers.

If I could give no stars that would be great
Photo machine jams up, Printed 45 of 100 photos
I asked the manager to charge me for the 45 photos she wouldn't do it so I had to leave my photos at the store. Called corporate still couldn't get my Photos. Was told by manager she didn't have the key to open the photo machine
So again I asked for my 45 photos to be rung up so that I could take them with me
I had to leave them there and I'm beyond pissed. I have printed photos numerous times at CVS and never had this issue
Be careful printing your photos there because you might not be able to take them with you
And honestly it's illegal for them to have my photos anyway especially since they are already printed
I may have a lawsuit possibly
Thank goodness.I know some lawyers I can talk to

My Son had an appointment today 6/7/25 for a vaccination. I was told that it couldn’t be done today with no real reason and to come back tomorrow! I don’t know what kind of establishment you all are running here, but it is highly unacceptable and unprofessional! The pharmacist was nonchalant and offered absolutely no apology for inconveniencing me! Not only do your pharmacists not uphold vaccination appointments, but the customer service is poor! You should be ashamed to call yourself a business! My prescriptions will now be transferred to a different pharmacy! I have also voiced a complaint with your customer relations department, as well!

Honestly baffled at the customer service at this location. Especially at the pharmacy I had two separate incidents at this pharmacy just within this year. The first one was while I was with my grandfather and they gave him a hard time because of his accent. And quite literally mocked him as we were walking away...the blatant disrespect was atrocious. I spoke with the pharmacy manager that day about a individual as well named Isabella as well about her attitude towards not only us but other customers. The manager seemed to brush it off because the second incident was also the same. This time I had come alone to pick up medication that stated it was ready on the CVS app & sent through text notifications. When I had arrived I was notified rudely by Isabella that it wasn't ready and it would take about an hour or two if I wanted to really wait. I stated it was fine and I would come back around that time and she rolled her eyes in disbelief. I honestly don't like naming names but this individual's attitude hasn't changed or maybe they were having a bad day. But does not warrant to be taken out on a customer. I hope that something changes with the management because the manager acts rudely as well to customers I've seen various of times and so do some of the other pharm technicians. Ridiculous, attitude customer service, and overall experience will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere to avoid this entire team of rude individuals.

As a healthcare professional, I’ve had my share of challenges—but none quite as consistently frustrating as dealing with this CVS pharmacy. Over multiple visits, I’ve wasted countless hours navigating delays, poor communication, and disorganized service, only to walk away without the medication I needed.
The final breaking point came during a conversation with the pharmacist of the day Sandra. After finding out my providers license has expired I asked for an extension of my medication for a few days and was met with an immediate no. I calmly explained that my provider’s license had expired—through no fault of either of us and I simply needed a short holdover to bridge a few days until a new prescription could be issued. Instead of prioritizing the patient she dismissed my request entirely. She stated she couldn't help me “in good faith,” making it clear her her loyalty is to company profit, not with patient care.
As someone who works in healthcare, I was deeply disheartened by the lack of empathy and unwillingness to act in the best interest of a patient in clear need. Pharmacists are the last line of care between a person and their health—and when that trust is broken, it matters.
If you're looking for a pharmacy that values people over procedure, keep looking. This CVS has failed me too many times, and I sincerely hope my experience spares someone else the same stress and frustration

I had an excellent experience at CVS. The workers were extremely kind and helpful!
I was greeted as soon as I arrived and they helped me several times throughout my visit!

Been coming here for a minute to buy medicine, lube, sweets, stamps, CPAP supplies when the had them. Mostly greeting cards. Had a young man help me, he seems like he does not really care about the job and his coworkers seem exhausted by him. Seems like a nice guy he just does not care. I think he thought I was using food stamps. It's unclear. I told him Stamps, he still was unsure of how to proceed. The coworker seemed broken and said just scan the barcode. The young man clearly does not want to be there. He is very pleasant and does the basics. The Stamps thing just through him off.

Amanda from the pharmacy department is the rudest parm tech and should immediately be terminated. I arrived at the drive thru at 12:28 to nothing but a nasty attitude. She asked if I was dropping off or picking up, I said dropping off. Before I could get my I.d out and insurance card she started to get snappy, stating can she have the prescription to see if they even have it. She said she can have it available In a few (BEFORE LUNCH) and to pull into the parking lot and wait for it. I waited for a HOUR AND THEN I DECIDED TO PULL AROUND TO THE WINDOW. As I'm pulling up I see them pulling down the gate so I pulled around and went inside. I see her walking out and said hey are yall going on break. She said YES AND YOUR MEDICATION IS READY BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL WE COME BACK AND JUST WALKED OUT AND SAT IN HER CAR AND ATE LUNCH. I understand the break time but don't lie and on top of it be nasty to your customers.

There isn’t enough time in a day to deal with this place. Save yourself the trouble and have your prescriptions sent to another pharmacy.

I have been trying to get my boyfriend’s medication refilled consistently for over two weeks. The pharmacy never answers. Never. Because of their terrible service, and dirty store, I’ve had enough. I moved my prescriptions and my boyfriend’s prescriptions to another pharmacy and will not be coming back. Oh and the other CVS I called in Virginia Beach due to this location not responding, answered the call and refilled his prescription on the first ring.

I've been trying to get someone from the pharmacy on the phone for 3 days because the app told me to call, but no one ever answers. The drive thru has been closed several times because the staff there says CVS won't hire enough people. It's definitely time to switch pharmacies.
