  If you need groceries don’t buy at CVS unless necessary. Too expensive! I recently paid for the Extra Care Card (5 stars) with CVS and it’s a Good thing. It is a money saver.

  I’m 80 years old I went through with my walker and my oxygen to get an RSV shot. The man behind the counter with the bald head to forever the lady in front of me, said, by the time I get my flu shot this season will be over! I finally got my time. I have Medicare and TRICARE for life which is the best insurance you can get a put it through and said I wasn’t covered under TRICARE. I told him to do it again he did it again and said I wasn’t covering instead of asking for the pharmacy in Charlotte in so much shock and running low on oxygen I had my first bring me back home to myself Apartment buildingI called TRICARE for life immediately on reaching my home, and I was assured I was covered and obviously he made a mistake. I gave him my ID card. All I have to do is copy down my sponsors, Social Security number, and without me thanking he said I wasn’t covered. I want CVS to know I will never come back to your store again for any shots with Walgreens is across the street and I’ve never had a problem!!! ?

  Their app isn’t working properly when I try to use it. When I have questions and I try to call No one answers the phone. They tell me they are trying to get in my medicine and then they never do it? I come in person and ask them where my prescription is and then they are confused? I’m looking for other options because I’m too frustrated.

  This is by far the worst location in the 757 when it comes to customer service. The attendants obviously have something better to do besides work the drive through window. They have attitudes and no customer service experience. Piss poor service, it's sad!

  So glad there’s other pharmacies out there!! This one’s a joke! The only pharmacy to completely close in the middle of the day so they can all take lunch together. Wow unbelievable no consideration for their customers. They can’t even rotate employees just to keep one up front to be able to give out much needed prescriptions in the middle of the day!POS pharmacy closes at 1:30 for lunch what a joke !
