Me and my husband had the worst customer service in this store the lady checking us out she was quick with the fellow in front of us which to mind you he is colored and then she decided to take her time with us and counted all of the stuff we got also her whole attitude changed so if the manager sees this this lady worked around 5:30 on may 10 2025

I have been there three times to take advantage of the $5 off $25 on the weekend.All three times there has been the same lady working there by herself. I’m normally a very quiet and polite person. I’m not sure what this lady’s problem is, But she is rude and dismissive and unwilling to do her job. She takes her time before she comes to you to help check you out, gives attitude While doing it, and refuses to check or look at anything. I’ve asked her if coupons had come off and had to help her to make sure they did last time. I asked her if the $5 off $25 came off because my total in the app was same in store she said “ does it matter? You already have $15 in coupons.” And gave me the total again. I asked her if she could look and she just stared at me angry so I just checked out and left…This lady has a serious Problem. I really hope they’re not paying her more than minimum wage, because even a minimum wage employee should act better than that . She’s clearly miserable and unwilling to help and is doing the bare minimum. She’s unpleasant and rude.Due to her behavior, I will never return to that location.

I come in this store every two weeks. With my service dog. That I got professionally trained. Every time I come in the manger always harasses me about my service dog which is well trained. I have shown her my papers multiple times. This is really irritating. I will no longer be spending money here. I’ll go to family Dollar.

Come here alot with my service dog which is legit papers and all, it always seems like a problem when he's with me I'm always asked rudly for him to leave and of course I follow with he's a service dog with proof of papers and I still get snappy attitudes hmm idk maybe re adjust your employees on proper ways to talk to customers.. I just go to family dollar now

This store is really close to the Shore Drive end of Little Creek Rd. The store is always clean and never cluttered. The one lady is there consistently, is very nice and positive. I stop in to purchase my cleaning supplies often. I always feel very safe here.
