Gus, your clerk at this location, stole money from me my not giving my change. I gave him $5 and since he couldn't make the change so he kept it. I would like to speak with a corporate representative over this because, if he does this to everyone, that's no good. This is 1/15/25 at 7:50.

Girl with the braids SO deep in her phone at the register not paying any attention to the customers and therefore took my money incorrectly. I gave her cash as well as wanted to pay the remaining balance on a card but she charged it all to ONE card and ended up giving me my cash back, when i know spilt payments can be done so unprofessional and not detail oriented—they have anyone working up there. Get off your damn phone at the desk!

DOM is horrible she may be the Dollar General wicked witch. She gave off the nastiest, ugliest attitude and felt so good about it. I should become her Boss and FIRE her poor customer service work ethic. No wonder the store looks like C19
And she STOLE my phone when I left running from her!

Rude disgusting manager licks her fingers, separates the bags & proceeds to bag my things with her spitty fingers & when I asked her not to do it again suggesting maybe using a wet sponge she became irate. I said it was unsanitary she then got loud saying she didn't use her spitty hands to bag my things, huh? Did she have an extra clean pair that I missed ? looked like the same nasty ones to me. But wait there's more as we exchange not so good niceties she sticks her whole thumb in her mouth leans into the counter mocks me & makes a child like noise. I told her lady you can keep all this sugarhoneyicetea with your dna slathered on everything you touched! What nerve, nasty unsanitary, rude as F & I'm supposed to spend my money there & take her dna home with me too? Awful customer service aweful shopping experience! As long as she's there I will shop elsewhere!

When I went to the shop, before entering one staff told me to keep my backpack beside the front counter. But, I saw many shoppers have backpacks with them. They should learn how to respect customers. Also, when I was coming back I saw there was no one to supervise my backpack. What would happen if anyone stole my backpack? I am not going shopping there again.

Never felt this about a dollar store, but I've left the place wanting to come back. Friendly staff and they seemed to know the regulars that came to the store. Recommend 10/10

The workers are friendly but the store is not organized well. The shelves are empty and the stock constantly is on the floor inside of on the shelves. There seems to be no order when it comes to sorting and positioning items.It takes a long time to find what you are searching for. There is so much clutter. I am not sure if management has changed over or this particular store is experiencing a shortage of staff.I love the dollar general brand though. And this store does have a few reliable household and food items you can’t get anywhere else.

I visit this location at least 2 times a week when I need something. I’ve never not walked in to this dg and not been welcomed as I enter the door. The staff are great here.
