They are a pretty good store but sometimes they get so much stock and put it all out at once that it's hard to move around but they always have what u need and more. They are over all friendly

Much cleaner and organized than Hampton Blvd location, but there's hardly anything on the shelves-most of the items are sitting in carts waiting for shelving. Also the Hampton Blvd location offers more selection of items.

You can't even shop for all the boxes and carts down every isle that have been sitting there for over a week

Cashiers act like they hate their job. Every last one of them. They greet and talk to certain customers and are extremely rude to others. I'm avoiding this location from now on, because I'm definitely not the one to be rude too.

I would give no stars if possible. O have never been met with such disrespect in my life. If cashier doesn't want to work, why have them there? I was going to be over a few cents, so I asked if I could have something removed. Cashier said no I rang it up already. I'm a cashier also which means I know she could of took it off. Instead she said you need to make sure you have enough to shop here. I apologize for having to take something off. Her response was nobody got time to put up with you.
Definitely lost a loyal customer today.

A Dollar Tree with automatic doors, LOL. Cleaner than some of the other stores, but no self checkout. It's right next to a weed dispensary.

Now I've always shop at Dollar Tree and gave all my hard earn money to this business. Now this location is one of the worse in the area. Basically in Hampton roads. Honestly they need to really just shut this location down. I've lived in this area for years and you can see the downfall in the staff and the appearance of the store inside. Now I understand during the pandemic some companies were short staff and that's understandable. But it's been a couple of years after the pandemic. So things should have gotten back to normal. A month ago my mom was at this location and there was a shelf ( well a couple of shelves) on the floor. She was pushing her cart and turned the corner and slipped. Yes! She did not see the shelves on the floor when turning the corner. And I'm sure the manager saw that on camera. When she screamed out for help none of the staff came to help her. Only a couple of the customers in the store; came to her aid. The staff are so nonchalant. The ambulance came to pick my mom up from Dollar Tree. Since she was hurt and was taken to the hospital. Now a representative from Dollar Tree contacted my mom a day after the fall and stated that they would pay for the hospital bills and etc. And the manager stated that she could receive the incident report. Now she waited a month so the hospital could've mail her all the bills for the visit.Funny thing is the manager doesn't want to give her the incident report. Since he stated in Dollar Tree's handbook it states not to give the customer the incident report. Now if you didn't fill out an incident report just be honest about that. Then the representative who contacted her is no where to be found. Hello! Dollar Tree! Someone needs to pay this hospital bill. Since this incident happened inside your store.Shame on you Dollar Tree!

Sometimes they're out of what I want, but it's The Dollar store. It's still all good.

I literally jus left this location the cashier that is the big black man asked me if I was single and when he gave me my money he inappropriately touched my hand along side with my charge like what the heck is wrong with people!!! I’m seriously out raged!! Corporate need to handle this situation ASAP! Before he continues this inappropriate behavior!!

This a tough Dollar Tree. The store was dirty throughout, had a lot of empty shelves, and had boxes and debris cluttering the aisles.

I truly don't believe the employees or customers care about this location at all. There is so much just on the floor and bottom of the shelf. I'm sure it's not all the employees fault, but still....
