The store was recently remodeled and it was beautiful inside. The staff was friendly and polite. Plus they were giving away $5.00 gift cards to the 1st 50 customers that particular day

Front door is broken and covered with duct tape on the handle. Things are scattered throughout the store and out of place. They're using hang bars with different labels covered in tape versus replacing the labels. Half of the stuff is not even priced. Has label tags on the merchandise but no price tag. Somebody needs to clean up the store.

When I walked into the store i was gonna buy a game set mic for my grandson ,the man at the register told me it was a mic but when i tested it out to make sure it did not work,So I tried to return it but the person at register would not allow me,And there was no sign that said NO REFUNDS.

Sunday, 11/15/20, 10:50 am...The night before I the Twist N" Grip Phone Stand for $3.00 at another Family Dollar. The product was being returned due to weak adhesiveness and at this location for convenience . With my receipt in my hand, the person (cashier or manager) refused to allow me to exchange or get a refund. According to her, she was unable to do either because I did not have the entire packaging for the product. I stated, it is on the receipt and I did have the top portion of the packaging. She refused still. It is not the product of $3.00, in which I will take a loss, that is the reason for posting this review. It is the negative customer experience of a refund policy (according to her) which does not allow exchanges or a refund when a customer has a receipt less than 24 hours old. She never looked at the receipt. ?
