She and her team are grade A professionals who truly care about the total well-being of the person. I am able to get appointments when needed and I absolutely love the reception, nursing staff and lab technicians. I highly recommend this medical practice.”

“I found a physician that listened and complied to my own beliefs with my own care and has worked with me over the last 18 months. Bon Secours DePaul center in Norfolk has become a institution I return to with confidence that assists me in becoming the best I can be. I do not look at them as people that will fix me. They did fix my hernia 6 years ago...but anyways, they have provided me the care to change who I was to who I am today. I could write a chapter about this, but few would read. My physician stated what her concerns were and she gave me ideas and I took that and changed my diet after 38 years and reduced weight and changed my outcomes in my blood work for the better. I still have 12 months to continue to fix decades of damage. My physician is happy with the physical and outcomes with my own progress. If it wasn't for her, I might still be on the path of poor habits. Still don't likethe update to their facility and layout, but as far as care. They get a positive in my book.”

“This place is a very good place to receive medical care. One day I walked into the facility very weak and tired. It felt like I was going to pass out. Ms. Cynthia came over to me and gave me a hug and was able to get me to see the doctor very quickly. She's the only reason that I was able to get an appointment with a specialist to find out what was even medically wrong with me. After my appointment was finished Danielle A.K.A. Dani also gave me a hug, some crackers and water before I went to the E.R.

The only reason that I'm giving four stars instead of five stars is because I was referred to a gynecologist for my fibroids and heavy bleeding. The gynecologist that I was referred to wouldn't allow me to speak and she wouldn't answer any of my questions. I really needed the heavy bleeding to be under control so I called in to my primary care physician who told me that I would have to consult with my OBGYN. This meant that I would have to go back and talk to the same gynecologist that didn't answer any of my questions and constantly talked over me. My fibroids always cause so much pain and blood loss that I'm always afraid of when that time approaches. It usually feels as if I'm going to collapse from the extreme pain and blood loss. I've been to two gynecologist's and have also asked for help from my primary care physician. Yet still I have no resolution whatsoever. The only thing that I can do now is look into some natural remedies. I'm just so very sad as I wait for that time to come. Sad, sad, sad. 😔”
