Chris Spruill was the best in costumer service!! I was in a pinch and needed something printed at the last minute 40 minutes before the store closed and he was on it! I emailed it to him and by the time I drove over there he had it printed and cut for me!! AMAZING! He was also very kind. Way to go Chris! Keep up the great work!

Advertises open at 8am, sign in door said 9am, it’s now 10:47am and no one is here, they’re closed. Went out of my way to print a document, huge inconvenience.

This FedEx has some of the laziest and rude people working here, especially the one name Mona. When I use to frequent this one it was a completely different atmosphere. Everytime I come in I hope that my experience is different, but it's not. I came in happy, and left in a completely opposite mood.

During my interaction with Ramona, the FedEx store representative, I noticed a consistent pattern of unprofessional behavior. It became evident that she was not happy with her job, which affected her demeanor and the overall customer experience.
One thing that particularly stood out was Ramona's selective politeness towards customers. She seemed to pick and choose who she would treat with courtesy and respect. This created an uncomfortable environment where some customers received friendly service while others were met with rudeness.
In addition, Ramona's handling of her equipment demonstrated a lack of professionalism. She threw her tape gun on the counter, in a very rude manner.
When I sought assistance from Ramona, I was met with an expectation that I should know how to navigate the store and box sizes. This lack of willingness to provide guidance or support made the whole experience more difficult and frustrating.
Overall, my encounter with Ramona left me with a negative impression of the FedEx store. I am grateful that I don't live in the area and won't have to deal with such unprofessional behavior in the future. I will definitely be avoiding this particular location for my shipping and printing needs.

Neesha was incredible! Very knowledgeable and considerate. I had a custom rush order of business cards and brochures, and she offered solutions that others didn't. She also explained the breakdown of my costs accurately. Staff were also very good and attentive.

TODAY I had to send off court documents. I ASKED FOR ASSISTANCE. They lady reluctantly came to assist. My question was how do I sent my documents to 2 separate emails. AS she gave instructions far from the machine. She watched me press the wrong button. She saw the mistake and she basically was like you on your own. She had no sense of comfort to assist or Empathy. I will make sure not to ask her for assistance. I had to pay double for my faxes. It's tough enough out here. She had a while different demeanor with other customers. All customers should be treated equally, not to pick and choose. She could have helped me correct to email issue. If she saw me as ignorant she could have asked someone else to help me. I used to work at Kinkos so I know a little about customer service.

OMG just left this location …… and when I say stellar customer service I mean it …. Misha and Doug were awesome. I came in and really needed a lot of help figuring out my printing for business. Misha put together a phenomenal display for my business!!!!! The best customer service I’ve had ….I can really go on and on because I was so impressed

Employees are friendly and courteous. Store is clean! The parking lot is big, but shared by numerous other businesses and how the spots are laid out seem awkward. It is my go to FedEx store for it's proximity to my house and ease of getting in and out of the shopping center.

First time here, and I'm literally in my car writing this after getting done. They're very polite and have great service to me. Kira, the young lady who serviced me, was a great person and the people who were there today, were great as well. Thank You!
