Car service is ok. Called in to set up appointment 2 days ago. Called this morning to be reminded of exact time, woman (whos always nice..love her) said she didn't find my appointment (he didn't create it 😒)
Bathroom stinks/doesn't have toilet paper. And there are dead roaches laying around on the floor in it..

They did a wheel alignment, state inspection, and wheel rotation. They had great customer service. Will go back!

I was going to drop it off for the next day, but I got a ride in the morning and it was completed that day, which was totally unexpected. The car was throughly checked again, even though it was thought it was the a/c evap that needing replacing it was actually the compressor. If they hadn't checked it out again to verify they would have replaced the wrong thing, still not fixing the problem that took 3 years to figure out. It also cost a little less and my dashboard didn't need to be torn apart. That's always a good thing.

I've purchased tires and had my car worked on multiple times and they had my car fail inspection due to one windshield wiper having 1/8 of an inch tear to my wiper. They said a Trooper could write them up if they happen to see it. I said, it's impossible for them to give af. Like it could have happened 2 minutes after the inspection. Never again.
