They will sell you broke items. Ps5 controller specifically . I tried to return a broke controller that came with a Ps5 i brought from them , I was denied. They offered me 10 store credit on a 80$ ps5 controller. Oh and they ps5 over heats tooo fast . I was overly charged for a USED system alone

Easy to miss and staff pretty much ignore you. My granddaughter like it and the collectibles even though they were very pricey.
