I checked in online, waited almost an hour, someone else walks in and gets taken back right away. The lady shrugged it off and was very unapologetic. Horrible customer service, not going back.

Great service. Rico seems to be the favorite amongst the male clients. My hair is thick, wavy, and very difficult to style well. So, when I find someone who does a great job, I will only see that person.
I thought I was the only one, though, that would let others go ahead of them just to see Rico. I was wrong. One morning, it was a line of guys all adamant like me to have him cut their hair.
No disrespect to the others who work there. They all do a great job too.

If you’re going to go to one of these, this is the one. Rico is incredibly thorough in his work and given previous bad experiences at other locations, it’s a nice change of pace.
Rico clearly values the work he does and did an excellent job.

Mary gave me exactly what I wanted. I told her how I wanted my hair styled, she listened. We talked length a few times and she verified and we talked about my hair! And she cared! I went out of there with one of the best cuts of my life (62). I was beaming and proud and hope Mary was too! Kudos! I'll be back!

I’m sad because I’m new to the area (less than a year) and have been to this place twice for my two kids’ haircuts and once for myself. I’ve always had a pleasant experience until today… I walked in Sunday afternoon and both ladies (not sure of their names) were SO over it and done for the day which is understandable but unfair to the customer on the receiving end. I told them both of my kids (3 and 1) would be getting cuts and neither one of the ladies were busy so they could both go at the same time. The lady who cut my daughters’ hair gave me a negative attitude about trimming her already short hair, making faces and noises about not being able to go much shorter (she had it at her shoulders and wanted it neck length) and then the lady cutting my son’s hair (who is new to haircuts and struggles sitting still) made a comment “seems like I’ve been getting ALL the babies today.” Then at the end I was told that Sunday is their busiest day and I should come Tuesday or Wednesday… (ok..? what if that’s not an option?) it was mentioned with a “don’t come Sundays anymore” undertone… I was friendly the entire time, tipped them both and remained upbeat and kind.. they did kinda loosen up a bit by the end but the more I came home and thought about it, the more today’s experience left a bad impression. Just want to provide helpful feedback. It’s understandable to be tired towards the end of your shift… but unfair to a customer who had nothing to do with that and who just wanted her kids haircuts on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily my kids and I all left in a GREAT mood.. because I didn’t let their attitudes affect me, therefore affecting my kids today.

If you need a hair cut I 1000% recommend Marco. Not only did he know exactly what I wanted and made it happen before my flight but he genuinely cares and takes time to ensure it’s cut the way you want.

Loved it and loved Marco. Love my haircut and will return forever as long as he is there.
Stylist: Marco is the best, he takes his time and makes you feel very comfortable. I told My friends about him and drove a hour and a half for him. We got there and the waiting room was for him. My friends loved him and will return for him in a couple of weeks.

I was a walk in today and 'Eva Noel took good care of me. Sis fixed my undercut, and hooked me up with a design. I dont usually walk into chain spots, because they typically dont have employees familiar with black hair. So glad I stumbled upon her today!
Update 27 July:
Came back as a walk in with my 16 and 7yr old boys. Eva hooked them up with tapers. First time in a while my 7yr old didnt cry on the chair, because she was patient and understanding of his tender head and curls. My 16yr old watched closely and agreed to a cut after he saw how fresh his lil bro looked ?
Very satisfied..They both said they would come back

I came in with a grown out pixie and needed a clean up. I was very impressed coming in as an African American woman I was a bit skeptical but I had very outstanding service from Eva Noel and I would definitely recommend her to anyone with short cuts or if you’re looking for a haircut or any style. She was very informative on what products I should use in my hair and treatments recommendations for future bookings. I will definitely be back in two weeks! ☺️☺️☺️

Eva did a great job fixing my botched haircut i received prior to my visit with her. Having my hair cut in regulations is important for my job in the navy. Great Job i will return.
