I walked up to the pharmacy at 2pm on the dot and Henrietta was finishing up a customer infront of me and as soon as I got to the counter she put the sign out and said they will be back at 2:30 and closed the gate. There was no one behind me it was empty on the top floor. I understand employees need a lunch break but the person bringing her lunch was right behind me with her sandwich and chips. I don’t care if she had to open her chips and eat while she typed, it would not have taken her all but a few seconds to type in and hand me my child’s prescription that I just received a message saying it was ready. She showed no remorse or care at all. And then didn’t even open back up on time.

Very clean store and very nice staff. This was my first time at this location. I really love the deli stations at Harris Teeters everywhere, so I'm interested in the fresh salmon they prepared. It looks so good

The lines are outrageous. Wrapping around the store and only 2-3 registers manned at a time. Terrible for those with frozen items. Even self checkout has 10+ people in line and without handheld scanners for self checkout, it is completely useless if you have large items because the attendant is never available. I'll be going elsewhere after this.

Is it set up nicely? Yeah. But there are major drawbacks at this location.First: there aren't enough registers manned and even with the self checkout line, lines can be long. Second: there are never enough shopping carts at this location.Third: prices are higher compared to other grocers in the area; as a result we almost exclusively shop here for sales.Overall, it's a nicer medium-high end grocery store but it has plenty of room for improvement.

I have my good days and bad days with Harris Teeter! There are times when their fish market has smelled up the store!A few times I have takened home perch and white bass that had turned spoiled already! But there were other fresh produce that I really did enjoy! They are kind of pricey though! But their fast service getting me in and out of the store is a winner! Y'all I can't even believe what I saw happen today. I have said in the past that they had poor customer service and no shopping carts but today has sealed the deal. I was getting some lunch meat at the counter and someone in the back was breading and frying chicken I saw her sneeze over the breading without covering her face and her mask was on her chin. After she sneezed she just kept on working. Unbelievable. I will never be back to this store again.

I enjoy shopping there. Items are nicely displayed and the stores are bright and employees welcoming. The special weekly meals are tasty. I highly recommend the stores .

Plain and simple the store sucks, they try to pass themselves off as a Whole Foods but fall ingloriously short. The only thing they have in common is the prices which to me are outrageous, A good 30% higher than anywhere else I've gone and believe me I know my prices. What makes matters worse is the quality and lack selection of the store. If that wasn't bad enough all the cashiers and most of the employees seem to have an attitude, even at the busiest times you're lucky if there are two Manned cashier lanes open. I am from South Florida and just working here, the owners should thank God there is not a Publix or any real competition in this neighborhood or they would be put out of business in a month.

I'm not from the state, was visiting, stopped in for a sub. I'm not complicated, just ham, swiss, lettuce, onion, oil, vinegar & oregano. REALLY, The huge chunks of white onion is just a nightmare! Absolutely should be red onion slices! And the meat and cheese was sliced so thick, it was just very unappetizing. Won't try again.

I forgot the graduation cake I had made back in Arlington -- I frantically called the bakery. Within an hour they were able to accommodate my request for another ! I am so impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism. Katelyn saved the day !

I have to stop shopping here. The cashiers are the SLOWEST I have ever seen, literally every single time. They move slower than peanut butter running uphill. It feels like time slows down the moment you start your 30 minutes wait in line. Managers, train your people please. I have to stop shopping here.

I'm legally blind so I find it hard to get things sometimes, but today I could not have asked for better service. As soon as I mentioned not being able to read the labels in the deli a nice woman from the deli came over to me and asked what specifically I wanted and was looking for. We narrowed it down and when she went to cut it, instead of asking the thickness from a distance she immediately told me to feel it for the thickness I wanted. Overall amazing service and help in the deli section.
