Do Not Move Here – Worst Decision Ever!
This place is an absolute nightmare. When I moved in, the washer and dryer weren’t even in the apartment, and I had to wait three weeks just to get them. The water heater was broken, and it took them nearly a month—four weeks!—to finally replace it. And as if that wasn’t enough, I still don’t have a functioning dishwasher.
The so-called “security” is nonexistent. Every single automatic gate barrier is broken, so anyone can just waltz right in. Good luck trying to get in touch with anyone who works here; it’s practically impossible. They only have one maintenance person on staff, and while they try their best, it’s nowhere near enough to handle the constant issues.
I was promised compensation for all the ridiculous problems I faced moving in, but surprise, surprise—I never received it. To top it all off, they’re tacking on random charges that have jacked up my rent by $300 more than what was initially promised.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. They do not care about their residents or the conditions you’re forced to live in. Just horrible.

This place is criminally bad, which is sad because the location is great. First off it's obvious that this building is not properly maintained. The elevators haven't been inspected since 2017, and the unit we live in consistently has leaks, sewage backups, and faulty appliances that run up your electric and water bills. None of your requests are taken care of on time, and don't even get me started on the brutally bad office staff here. The leasing manager, Carlos, ignores your emails and calls. The girl working the desk does the same.....often times you get radio silence on anything you try to bring to their attention. It came to the point where I had to call in the city inspector to MAKE THEM FIX certain issues they failed to take care of themselves. Don’t you worry though…..when it comes time for them to ask for your rent money they don’t miss a beat….it’s amazing how that works. They also contract out HVAC crews and plumbers that don't take their job seriously....with an example being one ransacking our master bathroom, destroying some of our belongings and smoking a cigarette in our apartment all while leaving the burning butt on the floor (& if you’re wondering if we ever saw a penny in reimbursement for that……we didn’t…..what an absolute shocker). Do yourself a favor....if you wanna fork out over $2000 a month for a place to live.....buy a dang house. DO NOT give these people your money. The fact they charge as much as they do for the consistent issues they ignore and refuse to take accountability for should be absolutely criminal. We got scammed unfortunately....Im here to make sure the same doesn't happen to you.

I strongly do not recommend living at this apartment complex. In the few months we have lived here we have face numerous issues....
-We have lived here for almost a year and for the entire time our air conditioning has not worked, we have been told that the maintenance team (two people for three apartment buildings) just need 'one more piece' all of these months later that piece has never materialized.
-The safety is very poor, despite multiple instances of crime taking place in the complex, the management team has done very little to heighten security. For example, they promised to put in cameras which have never materialized. Additionally, because the building still uses keys instead of fobs it is very easy for outsiders to enter the building and many packages have been stolen.
-Generally maintenance in this building is far below expectations. We currently have 3 maintenance requests and none have been addressed in the weeks since they have been posted. While that is bad in and of itself, the maintenance team consistently marks requests as 'complete' when absolutely no work has been done on them.
-The buildings themselves are disgusting with overflowing dumpsters and trash strewn about. They allegedly pay cleaning staff to come in and clean the buildings but I am unsure what they actually clean as I have often witnessed pieces of trash stay in the stairwell or parking lot for days or weeks before they are cleaned up.
-This apartment complex is severely overpriced for the amenities you receive. The parking is free and open and we have often had random cars parked in our spaces or heard of peoples cars being broken into. Additionally the small gym is almost never cleaned. For example, after a strong rainstorm there was a puddle of floodwater left in the gym for weeks before it was cleaned up. Additionally, the gym is easily accessed from the street making is a huge safety risk especially if you are a woman or want to use the gym at night when anyone can just walk in.
-Finally, The managers of the building are not at all available, while the office is supposed to be open every day of the week I often will try to speak with the managers in person and the office will be locked and closed.
If you are moving to the area or looking for a new apartment do NOT move here, you will be scammed and disappointed by the ineptitude of the staff who run the building

I rarely write negative reviews without any positive comments, this review is no exception. The maintenance supervisor, Mr. Mike is very nice and knowledgeable, he does the best he can considering he has only one assistant and has to manage three buildings with many issues. The Manager, Mr. Carlos is also very nice and friendly, as well as Ms. Makala . My issue is not with anyone’s personality. Here is the problem, this is supposed to be luxury apartments with the advertised amenities: security (locked doors to lobby and gym) the doors are not secure so packages are vandalized regularly, and there are no cameras at the mailbox/ package drop area. The gym equipment is in disrepair and because the doors are not secure and the locks are not working a homeless person was residing in the bathroom. Air conditioning, washing machines and dryers are often in need of repair and items that are supposed to be fixed before tenants
move in or repaired before move in date, are not repaired at all, or repaired only to break down again. The “gate” for the parking lot is usually broken, so anyone can get in. The location is great and the reason I think most people move in. These apartments are expensive and I think in their better days were probably gorgeous but now it’s like paying for luxury and getting PJs. The lobby, breezeway and stairwells are always nasty but as I said, one man and an assistant cannot possibly do maintenance and janitorial services.

The common areas of this community were in laughable condition during our tour. Common areas reeked of marijuana, floors were covered in debris, and the bottoms of doors were literally falling apart. Giving two stars because the apartment itself was not as bad but seemingly was put together with minimal effort as evidenced by ill-fitting base boards and other small things falling apart or broken.

DO NOT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE THEY DO BAD BUSINESS. I had a friend that worked for them for over a year, cleaning their apartments for move-in and move out and they gave them a runaround for a year saying that they were going to pay them each month and no check ever came that person stopped working for them, because they were not paying them I had another friend who tried to get a contract with them. After that they started work in December cleaning their apartments doing move-in and move out. Told them that they would not be getting paid until February. When February came. They told them that they sent out the check, but the check never came so my friends stopped working for them. They are shady they do not pay the people that they hire to clean their apartments and it’s ridiculous. They have been doing this for years and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

Do NOT sign the lease here. Management (especially Carlos) are a bunch of thieves. They never give your security deposit back. The apartments are complete trash. They have ONE person on their maintenance staff. Yes, one single employee and naturally they are never available when maintenance is needed (which is often btw). If you don't trust this review, I ask that you speak to existing tenants of their experience and I promise you every single one of them will ask you to NOT sign the lease. Everybody regrets living here.

I could never recommend living here to anyone. We have luxury apartment prices with hood service and facilities. I tried to look past all the issues but this experience has been ridiculous. I’ve never seen anything like this.
