Tried calling this local office twice as I had questions about an upcoming trip to the area. I have not been able to speak to anyone there, they don't pick up their phones. Will be choosing a different car rental agency.

This company was listed with Hotwire at a location that did not exist (VA Beach). The one in DFW airport ran out of cars even though we had prepaid reservations. Our flight landed at 11:30p. We were stuck in the airport and told by Hertz to come back in the morning. Not good service on either reservation. Both were prepaid.

Rented from Hertz at the Norfolk Airport. I was in line for over 2 hours. It was ridiculous. No customer service.

Great customer service! I was indeed of rental and made 1 phone call to Tiaunna and Calvin took care of me. If you want the best service in Hertz in the 757, visit them!

......hertz is a great friendly and professional establishment. If u need a car right away or going on a family trip look them up they have reasonable prices and a nice selection of vehicles.

“Did you call ahead to let them know your flight was delayed so they would stay open?”
No, because my flight wasn’t delayed it was on time and they were still closed.... had a car reserved weeks in advance, they knew we were coming
