I visited on Saturday afternoon. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the store the staff was unfriendly. When I entered the fitting room I greeted the attendant and she was short and when I asked where to put the clothes I wasn’t taking she mumbled made zero eye contact. I get to the register and I am being checked out by a cashier her name tag was turned over but just unfriendly. I said hello she barely acknowledged me it was just robotic and checking the boxes. She was yelling across the store at another associate for misplacing merchandise it was just unprofessional. She stuffed my shirt in a bag and told me I was good to go. I’m not asking for red carpet treatment but professionalism goes a long way.

I had a really disappointing experience at this H&M. When I asked the cashier for help finding a pair of pants, she acted like I was bothering her. Instead of helping, she made faces at her coworkers and seemed annoyed that I even asked. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. “Terrible service” is an understatement. I expect basic courtesy when shopping, and this store didn’t deliver.

I found a dress that my husband liked. Other than that, I didn't see much to my liking. Apparently the dress was just put on display and I picked up the last one.

Staff was very rude there was a black lady i called her twice and then she turned her head to me talked to me a bit rudely no smile no humbleness no customer service the guy on register was also looking confused or what.

Terrible customer service. The manager does not seem to be happy to do her job or even help and the cashiers cannot answer your questions! Terrible overall experience!

You know, I have to say I am really getting tired of shopping in places like this and seeing what civilization has done to fashion in America. The corporations, just love the profits so much that they would love to keep shoving all this plastic garbage down our throats, no matter which item you look at it is packed full of every carcinogen you can imagine. my daughter did a research paper on how viscose is so damaging to the environment. She can’t sleep at night because she is concerned that her children will not have a sustainable planet and will never have grandbabies of their own. It just makes me sick that companies like this continued to sell plastic-infused alt-fabric clothing. Back in my day we had cotton and we had linen. Now, no one seems to question why we might have micro plastics in breastmilk these days as well as plastic clogging our arteries. I am so sick of everyone bullying our misgendered youth, when has anyone started to look into the rise of micro toxins in the fabric formulations that companies like H&M use and look into correlation for all the new genders and illnesses? They call it “fast fashion” for a reason, that it cuts through all the environmental and safety regulations. Just remember this: the cute Tik Tok model only wears that item for 5 minutes for a photo (if it’s even the same item). You wearing it for a whole day? Sure recipe for cancer, don’t say I did not warn you.
