You know, I have to say I am really getting tired of shopping in places like this and seeing what civilization has done to fashion in America. The corporations, just love the profits so much that they would love to keep shoving all this plastic garbage down our throats, no matter which item you look at it is packed full of every carcinogen you can imagine. my daughter did a research paper on how viscose is so damaging to the environment. She can’t sleep at night because she is concerned that her children will not have a sustainable planet and will never have grandbabies of their own. It just makes me sick that companies like this continued to sell plastic-infused alt-fabric clothing. Back in my day we had cotton and we had linen. Now, no one seems to question why we might have micro plastics in breastmilk these days as well as plastic clogging our arteries. I am so sick of everyone bullying our misgendered youth, when has anyone started to look into the rise of micro toxins in the fabric formulations that companies like H&M use and look into correlation for all the new genders and illnesses? They call it “fast fashion” for a reason, that it cuts through all the environmental and safety regulations. Just remember this: the cute Tik Tok model only wears that item for 5 minutes for a photo (if it’s even the same item). You wearing it for a whole day? Sure recipe for cancer, don’t say I did not warn you.

I ordered a pair of pants online, and they were too small. I went in person to try and possibly return them, and exchange them for a new pair of pants. The worker was very rude and condescending, and he basically told me I can’t “swap” items and I have to do it through a post office. I’ve always came in person to return things if I ordered online, brought the wrong item and exchanged it for something else. I’ve never really had any problems until today? I’m not sure if the worker was just too lazy to do it or what, but I always have such a bad experience with the customer service here. They always seem like they’re in a bad mood.

Every time I go to this store I run into the same problem - closed fitting rooms. Today after an hour of picking 10 items I find out that the fitting rooms are closed, an employee that I asked why they are closed was reluctant to talk to me and kept walking away from me while I was still talking to her. She told me to talk to a fitting rooms team member, but there was nobody at the fitting rooms to talk to.

Absolute worst retail experience I have ever had when trying to return an item. The manager Gabrielle Santos, made returning items an investigation. I was visiting Norfolk, VA for work and decided to go shopping at H&M at the outlets. My initial shopping experience was good but when I went to return 3 items the following day bc they did not fit, I was treated like crap. When returning my items, I provided Gabrielle with a receipt listing all items I purchased the day before, including the date and time. She stated that she couldn't do my return because one pair of pants did not have a tag (the tag was missing when I purchased it so the associate manually searched for the item, which is typical). So she proceeds to say "I have to go watch the cameras from yesterday before I can complete the return. AGAIN she has a paper receipt of all the items I purchased!!! Gabrielle also stated that it looked like I washed a pair of pants and I attached a price tag to it..... AGAIN I was visiting Norfolk, VA for work and had JUST purchased these items a the day before and returned them the EXACT way I purchased them. Oh and to add more context, I'm a woman of color. I was in disbelief and confused at what I was experiencing.. no one should ever have to experience this. Returning items have never been that difficult. After she realized how IGNORANT she was being, she finally completed my returns/exchanges

Worst customer ever I’ve made a purchase and I went to return and these ppl told me I can’t get back my cash I should contact my bank which is there fault. When I toldthem it’s not my bank problem this girl have the audacity to pack up the clothesAnd give it back to me saying there’s nothing they can doI will never shop here again……
