Amazing hotel and staff. Due to flught delays we didnt arrive until 2am. The staff was friendly, kind, and helped us get settled quickly so we could get to sleep. The ability to check in early through the app was very useful. We knew we had a room no matter what time our arrival was. The hotel is very clean. The rooms are clean. The bed and bedding was very confortable. Just what you are looking for when traveling. We missed breakfast because we were sleeping ;) but it looked well laid out and good.
Its 2 miles from the airport, so very convenient. Thanks to all the staff!! We will return!

Super clean and spacious hotel. Seemed brand new (staff stated that it is 5 years old). Super friendly and accommodating staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

My family stayed one night at the Home2 Suites traveling through Norfolk on the way to the Outer Banks. The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly and kind, and it was quiet. There was a breakfast buffet with many options, making it super convenient. Overall, a good choice for a quick stop!

Our family of six had such a positive experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They seem to really enjoy their jobs. The rooms were clean and well designed layout-wise. We loved the little kitchenettes. And breakfast was pretty good With some hot and cold options. It’s also a great location, conveniently located near the Norfolk botanical garden, for instance. I definitely recommend!

Exceptional Service from Maneek!
I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites and was incredibly impressed by the level of service provided by Maneek, the maintenance technician. He was prompt, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible.
When I had an issue with my room’s air conditioning, Maneek quickly resolved it and even took the time to explain what had gone wrong. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail really stood out. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality of service he provides.
Thank you, Maneek, for going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Home2 Suites is lucky to have such a dedicated and skilled team member!

Complimentary breakfast was nonexistent. Out of oatmeal, waffle batter, every single item in pastry case, plates, utensils, cups, yogurt. Literally every single thing was missing at 915am.

Rooms provide almost bare minimum. Good luck asking for *extra* things like a trash bag or an extra pillow as the staff seems wildly unconcerned with their service and cleanliness.
I'm not your property manager, but at least put grout in your bathroom tiles. Just asking for a lawsuit if you get out the shower and the floor shifts under your feet.
If you're looking for that travel experience which neglects you as a consumer, I would highly recommend this location.

room could use a good wipe-down of the walls and the carpet could use a good shampooing. shower took a bit to warm up but the pressure was good. overall would stay again.

We stayed here before getting on our cruise. This was by far the best Home2 we have seen so far. The front desk staff always smiled and greeted us whenever we passed by. The breakfast was so good. I was so impressed I befriended the breakfast coordinator (THANK YOU Faye) lol. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Good location near the airport, if that's what you're looking for. The rooms are great, and relatively new. And the people working the front desk are super friendly and helpful.

My husband had a stay here after a cancelled flight and Jamel, the night attendant, was so kind and helpful during this stressful time. He had a comfortable place to rest for the night and we got to experience true customer service after dealing with the airport all day. Couldn’t ask for better!
