Wish that the food section they have up past the registers was either placed behind them so I could ring up all my stuff together or they actually open the register that is by thr food items. I had both my hand full and so did my husband when we got to the register I tried to be quick to look at the food and snacks up front so I could check out with the rest of my stuff but was too late and was not going to get back in line and wait to ring food items up on a different order. Also hard to determine if I want to buy any type of lights or lamps when I can't actually see how much the lamp or lights will make the are glow due to how bright it is over there in the 1st place with the ceiling lights on. Turn the ceiling lights off or down so when looking for a good lamp I can see how much an are will be brighten up by the lamps I am look at.

Every single time I order a customer pickup item it takes absolutely forever and I see the people in the back hanging out, talking, and doing anything but getting my stuff. It’s ridiculous.

I always have fun when shopping in Ikea just a great store to shop.
If you like a good soft pretzel they have the best it's big and like $3. The mustard they have though, man it's hitting too. I actually go here and just get the pretzel if I am in a rush and can't walk the store.

Greplace for dinner or lunch. We have been there twice and both times the bristo is closed!! But bingo nights are awesome, IKEA staff and security are always very attentive. Like the customers service, I think walmart and lowes needs a lesson and some soft skills lessons from IKEA. I'm so glad they opened here in Norfolk vs some place else. Get the Bristo and store kiosk on the a 5 star can remain. Great prices on things. More likely I'll be getting my entire kitchen with IKEA

Their furniture is cheap for a reason. I bought a couple of dressers from them and the drawers are very narrow and often get stuck and won't open. Ikea is the epitome of the saying you get what you pay for.

Dinning hall. The food was good but fining a table to eat at that was clean was pretty much impossible. Very disappointing. This is the first time I've ever been here and it was like this. And I pray it was a one time thing.

I drove 3.5 hours to the Virginia store to pick up some stuff for my company. I was not familiar with the check-in process and asked someone who was sitting outside in the loading area what should I do. He told me to check with a lady that was issuing stuff to another customer.. Needless to say she was kinda rude I think and because I could be mistaken I won’t mention her name. But then an African American lady by the name of Roma stepped in and helped me out and even helped expedite an order that was set to be picked up at 2-3 o’clock. That wait would have been three and a half hours later. It wouldn’t have been a problem since I was being paid by the hour to wait . Needless to say thank you so much Ms Roma for your excellent customer service effort. Maybe IKEA should let you conduct a customer service class . Have a great day and thank you so much!!!!

This store is seriously understaffed in high traffic areas. Returns and exchanges section only has one lady serving on Sunday afternoon, the downstairs cafe is closed most of the time I’ve been there and the self checkouts are never all open.
Another poor experience with refurns area. No improvement whatsoever. One rep serving one customer for 20 min and still waiting.
