Worst storage company ever. My storage unit was broken into not once but twice. everything missing. Filed multiple reports no return phone calls. Cameras weren't even working and are there just for show. DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE!!!!!!

If you don’t want you stuff stolen. Don’t come here. I recently had a storage here no problem. For 3 years. I called to make a payment and was told my storage was emptied and they closed my account. Nobody thought to contact me in anyway in regard to my stuff. Store manager states they did. Phone records prove otherwise. Then stated I was contacted on the 16th and my storage was emptied and account closed on the 17th. Doesn’t make sense. The manager is very negligent to if you have moved out or if your things were stolen. While the lease agreement that I signed stated I have to verbally or hand write them that I’m moving out. Sound like someone that works for this storage steals people items. And now looking at the most recent review before mine. This location has a theft problem within PLEASE ADVOID. LET ME BE YOUR EXAMPLE.

I want to report these storage units. They broke my lock and stole all my tools, machinery, and work equipment from my company. What they offer is a scam: security cameras and access codes for the doors. It's a lie. I was robbed twice in the same month of September, and no one wants to respond or pay me. The manager knows about the situation and the insurance, and they do nothing. They have clauses that don't cover thefts. The person committing the thefts is from inside because the doors can only be opened with a code, and there's no camera system like they offer. I advise you to get out of here quickly before you lose your belongings.

Victor was incredibly professional and helpful! I explained my situation to him and he was so nice and prompt. I was able to move some things out of storage on time and with no problems. Highly recommend.
