This was my 1st x with Jackson Hewitt i usually deal with H&R block i had a very bad experience last yr The tax preparer stated she wasn't doing those ppl because some black thugs robbed her house. This yr JH was recommended I had Susan (Great, very proffessional, and polite). On 3/15/21 i had 2 go back 4 a American Xpress problem Sandy assisted me and Yes Yes Yes my problem was solved!!!!!! THANK U Susan and Sandy!!!! Mr. Bob u were right Thank U 4 Caring and telling me call @ 8 stay on phone well i did and they answered @ 8:42am...

I enjoy coming to this Jackson-Hewitt location during tax season. My preparer Ms. Barbara is awesome!!! She professional, courteous and very funny! You can't beat her storytelling!!! Definitely would recommend!??
