Jackson Hewitt had a great experience. Going here for 5 years and never had an issue. Tax specialist are always polite and professional, a huge help. The preparer is expedient and did an excellent job, helped file with no questions asked. The preparer is friendly and professional and will definitely continue working with them in the future. This is our 5th year with them and will definitely continue working with them in future.
Marianne was very professional and customer service oriented. I was able to ask questions about items I didn't understand. I will be returning next year to have my taxes prepared by her.
