!!!TRUCKERS!!! DO NOT come here they “start” unloading trucks at 9am but won’t even get to you until noon because everyone that works there is lazy and doesn’t want to work definitely won’t be coming here again

After visiting Lansing Newport News (not a good experience), I was hesitant about driving to Norfolk, when I get there this lady (told me she was new) was trying to help me figure it out how many boxes do I need for the siding, she asked several co workers and seems no one really care about me as a customer until this other young lady stepped up and did all the maths for us, just WOW, she told me exactly how much siding and t-channels should I bought... I spent $1500 and I left with a smile. Then outside one of the guys helped me put all the stuff in the pickup truck. I definitely will be back but I will be asking for these ladies cause this is how you are supposed to take care of new customers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (The others workers there need to learn to work as a team!)

Never had a problem when these guys been going here for years. But today we received Completely incompetent service. Waited for an hour for them to find your siding just to tell you "if you want it done faster you need to help" not trying to do your job for you ...

Lansing deals in siding. They specialize in Mastic and Royal vinyl siding. They are a good source for James Hardie.The front office staff are a good group as well.
