“I love the staff! Everyone is professional and friendly. Great turnaround time. They ask when you bed them back, and will work with that for you. And if there's a problem with your linen weather stain wise or a ripe or burn they will inform you. Their delivery and pickup service is excellent as well.”

“I used the Mega Load machine to clean our our washable rug from Ruggable™️. Seems to have done a great job. I wish the spin cycle was a little faster to get more of the water out but it cleaned our rug great. Very efficient.
I kind of wish they had WiFi available. I think folks would like it if they are sitting here waiting on clothes to finish. (Cell signal strength is weak inside) Although, the flip side to that is if they did provide free WiFi, it might encourage folks to come in for that purpose only.
I LOVE that the machines are linked to an app to pay and to see time remaining. Great feature!
That being said, I did use the change machine before I realized there was an app to pay. I put a dollar in and only got back what I thought was one quarter. I texted Chris (name and number are on the machine) to inform him that this happened. Chris responded and told me that the change machine does not give quarters. It only dispenses out one dollar coins. I should have looked closer at it. Thank you Chris for your quick response and clarification.
All in all, this is a pretty nice place. I definitely recommend it.”

“I was having issues with a water line to our house, and found myself going to a laundromat for the first time in quite a while. Wash Land on Indian River Rd. in Chesapeake was a good experience. The building, including the machines and restrooms were extremely clean, well lit, and appeared to be safe. Kim, the attendant, patiently and pleasantly walked me through the process of getting a card to use for payment. No more hunting for quarters or stopping by the bank. I highly recommend this establishment.”

“One thing I can say is that man that works there does his job. He always mopping wiping things down..i never see garbage filled up. “After having sold my house, temporarily renting a property without a washing machine, I've been going to a laundromat for the first time in 49 years. I'm all over Norfolk and VB due to my job, and I have used probably 6 different laundromats since February. This one hands down is the best run. The ladies that supervise are super helpful, friendly and hard working. For example, I was going to put a load of clothes in a dryer when the attendant pointed out a dryer with 15 minutes left on the cycle where someone had taken their clothes. I really appreciated that. There's much more, but now when I come here, I feel safe, comfortable and well attended to when I need help.”
“I met the laundry lady there, Ms Jeannie. She is outstanding. She did my dropoff laundry services, quick and affordable. I will return to her again. I'm to busy to stop sometimes and my laundry gets out of hand at times. So I'm going to need her again.”
