“I’ve come here since 2022. It’s easily accessible and the PayRange mobile app adds convenience. The owner is responsive and will give refunds if something is wrong with a machine or some sort of malfunction. I do hope they replace those white washers asap. They are not commercial washers and won’t wash a queen blanket (overloading the machine). I’m keeping 5 stars because this place has been here for me since the beginning and the owner is responsive but it is very frustrating to be stuck somewhere for almost 3 hours because the white washing machines times are “estimates” and one is overloaded with a single blanket and a few socks. Busy on the weekends.”
“I have been doing my laundry the last 4 months at Soap and Suds location off of 21st in Norfolk Va.
I am leaving this post to comment on an employee that works at this location.
Her name is Tasha. She is truly a ray of sunshine.
I had came in early last week to do my laundry, it was the morning after Norfolk had got flooded due to the rain.
Anyways, Tasha was mopping up excess water near both doors from the night before.
Basically, I just want to commend her for being focused at her task at hand from rain overflow from the heavy storm but also had a kind and genuine attitude towards the few customers that were in the laundry mat.
Thank you for hard work you do Tasha and the kindness you and positive energy you bring to the store.😉👍🏼”

“Honestly, I have never been to a laundromat prior to going into Washland today. I have only used our washer/dryer at home. I wanted to wash all of our comforters/bedding at a laundromat and this place was perfect. Ms. Amy was so kind and helpful when I came in. She assisted me with getting a laundry card and explained how the machines worked. It was such a pleasant experience and I would absolutely come back to this location and have already recommended it to several people!”

The worker that loves big gup from 7/11. she is the best employee that I have ever came in contact with. She washes the hell out of the machine. “The staff was extremely helpful. I spent over four hours doing laundry. The place was clean and cool but the TV's were not on which made my laundry experience seem long. Roxanne kept busy making sure the washers were clean after each use and keeping the floor clean. I hardly saw her sit down. All in all, I've been going to this laundry mat since 2010. Very convenient.”
