“The staff was extremely helpful. I spent over four hours doing laundry. The place was clean and cool but the TV's were not on which made my laundry experience seem long. Roxanne kept busy making sure the washers were clean after each use and keeping the floor clean. I hardly saw her sit down. All in all, I've been going to this laundry mat since 2010. Very convenient.”

“Beautiful nex, biggest nex and best selection in the area, prices even beat out Walmart for most items, can get uniforms customized here, nametapes made, clothes altered, sewing, fitting, and plenty of military gear for sale. “I’ve come here since 2022. It’s easily accessible and the PayRange mobile app adds convenience. The owner is responsive and will give refunds if something is wrong with a machine or some sort of malfunction. I do hope they replace those white washers asap. They are not commercial washers and won’t wash a queen blanket (overloading the machine). I’m keeping 5 stars because this place has been here for me since the beginning and the owner is responsive but it is very frustrating to be stuck somewhere for almost 3 hours because the white washing machines times are “estimates” and one is overloaded with a single blanket and a few socks. Busy on the weekends.”

“I am super happy with that place! I am dropping off my shirts and suits there regularly and I get them back in perfect condition. The time it takes to clean is usually even faster than they predict, which is also nice.”

“I have been doing my laundry the last 4 months at Soap and Suds location off of 21st in Norfolk Va. I am leaving this post to comment on an employee that works at this location. Her name is Tasha. She is truly a ray of sunshine. I had came in early last week to do my laundry, it was the morning after Norfolk had got flooded due to the rain. Anyways, Tasha was mopping up excess water near both doors from the night before. Basically, I just want to commend her for being focused at her task at hand from rain overflow from the heavy storm but also had a kind and genuine attitude towards the few customers that were in the laundry mat. Thank you for hard work you do Tasha and the kindness you and positive energy you bring to the store.😉👍🏼”

“I love the staff here! Ms. Antionette, Ms. Carolyn, and Ms. Michelle are the best!! They’re always friendly and welcoming, and honestly, they’re a big reason why I always come here. I’ve never had any issues, and I feel very comfortable doing my laundry here. The prices are affordable, and it’s a coin-free location. You can add money to your laundry card using cash or your debit card right at the machine. If you forget detergent, bleach, or dryer sheets, they have a machine where you can purchase what you need. There’s also plenty of seating and TVs to watch while you wait. About a year ago, they added three huge machines that can hold up to 9 loads of clothes, which is amazing, especially for big families! You can get a lot of laundry done at once for a decent price. If you don’t want to wash your belongings yourself, they also offer a drop-off service for an additional charge. I haven’t personally used the service, but I see plenty of people using it. I recommend calling or stopping by for more information. They also have vending machines for snacks and drinks, and restrooms are available for customers only. Overall, great staff, affordable prices, and a comfortable environment that’s why I keep coming back! ❤”

“I met the laundry lady there, Ms Jeannie. She is outstanding. She did my dropoff laundry services, quick and affordable. I will return to her again. I'm to busy to stop sometimes and my laundry gets out of hand at times. So I'm going to need her again.”

“I want to shine a light on A'nisha and Tra'nisha I came in today because I forgot a bag last night in the dryer. I called and was told they had a lost and found the lost and found was nice and organized and my bag was tied and neatly. More than my clothes being here which I'm very thankful for. I'm blessed for people who actually take time to put detail the way these two women clean and constantly care for this Wash House. it is almost as if it is their own home. You can tell people of this nature are not only just during a job they are working for God. These are the kind of people companies should give the biggest thank yous to. THANK YOU”
