Under my son’s account….I had a great experience at the McArthur location. They are hidden in a spot where there are few stores on the first floor. I was greeted as I walked in. I was assisted after I took a look at the frames. Everything was done so quickly. The rep Sasha even compared my insurances to see which one gave me the better discount. Very helpful and fast. Did not feel rushed either. I would recommend this location. My frames with my lenses were ready in a week.Nicole T.
