It's difficult to find what you're looking for, especially when aisles are blocked by barriers and workers are so busy that they appear bothered when you ask a question. It would make sense to have a worker stationed in power tool section; they have missed out on several sales because I couldn't find anyone to help with locating a product and with product selection. Plus, I left my cart for 3 minutes to use the restroom....came back and it was gone. It had items in the cart so I had to re-shop for those items on opposite end of store. I think i got 4000 steps out of this trip.

Very reasonable priced plenty of helpers to help you find things and answer questions they're barely knowledgeable and if they don't know they will find somebody who does

Ordered ahead and just walked in scanned barcode at the lockers and walked out. Super convenient.

Watching 6 people stand around while one tries to reassure me that someone will be right there...for the last 20 minutes. Poor people skills.

This store makes me want to binge watch the TV show with Tim Allen from the 90s. It’s even in their name. And also when you add a “T” to Lowe’s, just like the vintage commercial used to say, then what do you get? Lowest lol.

On April 10th 2024 I place an order with Lowe’s for a fence installation. I received a quote and on April 12th 2024 I received a call from Lowe’s that the price would be actually $500. I ordered a New Haven gate that preferred 9 or 10 feet long. I was willing to go with an 8ft option if they called me first. However they did not. My lumber, concrete, gate and post were all delievered to the wrong address. I informed Lowe’s I didn’t receive it and they went the next day to pick it up from the wrong address. They delievered it but blocked my driveway where I couldnt park. However they lost my gate and post. I had to wait an additional 3 weeks for that to arrive. In the meantime the installers arrived at 6pm on the date of installation. I took that day off work. They couldn’t finish and needed to come back the next day. The following day the installers would not answer my phone call. After they arrived they replaced the fence, however it did not match up to the new fence I already had installed. It was sloped and a different height and color The installers took all of the leftover fence and post that I had paid for without asking me. The gate post were still missing so I had to wait an additional 3 weeks for those to arrive. I went to the Lowe’s store to see if it was still there and they couldn’t help me. The manager was rude and made a comment on why I was there at 8pm on a Friday night. When I finally received the post it took the installers 2 weeks to answer the phone and schedule a time to install. They installed the gates on 27June2024. They installed them in the wrong location. Upon leaving the installer drove through my entire front lawn to get to the street. The fence is not what I was informed I was getting and the loss of time and multiple calls have made me very upset that I placed my order with lowes.

So now when you have a business account and your credit card number changes for security reasons, they don’t have the ability to look up old purchases and then tell you that there is nothing they can do. All this over $400 in returns

I bought a tankless water heater from them, I specifically asked the guy that brought it down if I was able to return it if it didn’t work for me and he said yes. When we tried to install it (we only hooked the water pipes, nothing else) the electrician explain to me that it required changing the whole electric system in the house in order to be able to run it, so we decided to go with a tank instead. When I brought back the tankless water heater to be returned they told me I wasn’t able to do so due to it being installed previously. Now I’m stock with a $600 water heater that I can’t use due to their lack of professionalism and improper training of their employees. The return’s manager response was that she was not in charge of training people in that department and she couldn’t do anything for me.

H Depot used to be my go to diy shop... But lately they sucked too much I switched to Lowe's. It is less of a mess, staff is more useful...
Love it
