If I could rate 0 stars, I would. DO NOT EVER book any install from Lowes. I purchased blinds install for my business, AFTER 3 months I still did not get my blinds installed correctly. They installed blinds with gaps on the ends that did not cover/secure the entire window. This of course is a security issue for my business. After notifying the install dept of this issue, I was scheduled for another appointment 2 weeks later. There was no urgency in this mishap and complete inconvenience to myself and my business. On the date of the follow up appointment, the guy ONLY came to measure and said I have to wait again for response from the installation dept for an appointment. I have spoken to several "managers" and STILL NO RESOLUTION to fixing their error. Not 1 person from the install service/dept apologized for my inconvenience. I ultimately cancelled my service and demanded refund. When I asked for corporate info or someone higher up, I was advised that the installation dept is the "highest level" DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So slow at restocking the shelves by far the worst of them all. I've seen plumbing parts out of stock with a new box sitting above it on a shelf for over a week. It's so bad I've had to use their steps to get it myself only to find out I'm not supposed to which I know but had to anyways because when you ask someone for help they're either busy or it's never their department.

Have to admit, went to home-depot first, employee didn't seem to know what a sump pump filter was (got sent to HVAC filters) Lowe's in/out 5 minutes.

I had a terrible experience getting a surprise barbque for my husband. I was alone and am unable to lift heavy things. The service here was worse than any other store I've been to. It took about 30 mins to finally get a clerk to help me. I saw multiple clerks, like 2 at a time down aisles and 4 employees around the front desk area. There were not many customers but there seemed to be a lot of employees tho. I repeatedly asked for help, service called for assistance 4 times. I am older and have back issues. Instead of bringing the item to the front for me, it was put on top of my cart, which I then had to struggle to push it to the front. One young woman said she'd be right there to help, but it didn't happen. I feel I was lucky there was someone to put it in my car!! I ended up with an extremely painful backache all night. I have never this kind of service in a store, so I was completely blown away (and I considered the "discount" stores too)I am currently planning on not ever going to Lowe's again. I'll take my money somewhere else for purchases, even if it costs more.If I want to be mistreated, I can just go drive the freeways.

I asked associate to get something down as it wasn’t stocked on the shelf. The associate told me they know longer carry that paneling. I told him I was staring right at it, and I would like one. AnyWho, I went to Holland Rd Lowe’s and picked one up. Horrible customer service

Ordered a new washer on Dec. 2nd, they have since pushed my delivery date back twice, with no indication or reason why. Any attempts to contact the store by phone just leaves me sitting on hold for over 40 minutes (as I've been writing of this review I've been on hold for 45 minutes). Entirely unacceptable customer service. They are quick to take your money, but apparently will not be available to help you when they are unable to fulfill the order as initially promised.UPDATE:In response to the “owner’s” comment. I’ve called that number and spoken to someone who ultimately told me they would take notes of my concerns and feedback and send it to the store. However because this issue is a pending delivery there was nothing more they could do. I have been in contact with someone at the store (finally) who essentially told me there was nothing they could do either.If I could rate less than a star, I would.

The store is nice. Easy setup. Solid customer service. Except don't bother trying to call to ask any questions or get an order update because NOBODY answers the phone. The automated system will send you where you need to go eventually but then you'll sit on hold for eternity. We shouldn't have to drive to the store to get an order update for an order we placed in-store.Fix your system there Lowes. This is incredibly frustrating.
