Phone has been broken for a while. Went in to replace see my account info see if I was eligible for upgrade or anything. The guy working ke0t telling me I have to pay full retail price automatically. Kept in mind not once did he even pull up my account. So aggravated right now. Employees need to be better about communication and at least competent.

I rarely write reviews, but the experience I had today deserves attention. I visited this store needing help transferring my phone number to a new carrier because my phone was broken and I couldn’t receive texts. The staff repeatedly told me they “couldn’t help” and refused to call customer service on my behalf — even though that’s exactly what we needed. They showed no effort to offer alternative solutions, and we were left completely stuck.
Thankfully, we went to another Metro store right after, and they were able to help us quickly and without any issue — proving that what we were asking for was possible. It’s frustrating that this location didn’t even try to assist or explain other options.
If you value real customer service and employees willing to problem-solve, I recommend going to a different Metro store.

Details: I cracked the screen on my business line. I couldn't receive a text message on the broken device. I have a replacement device and I brought it in to this location to active the service on my new device.
Issue:
I was quoted $67 to active a sim card in a new phone. I told her to cancel the account. She stated that I needed to call Metro to cancel. I left, I called Metro. Metro stated that $67 should not have been quoted to me. I'm standing inside another Metro dealer as I type this.
Result:
The few was $25 just as the Metro customer service rep stated in the phone. Make it make sense. Find another location 😕

Store hours posted it was open and it was closed and door was locked waited 15+ minutes and it was closed. No one picked up the phone.

The lady at the counter was so unprofessional, we came in and she was helping a gentleman with his kid that was playing on one of the display phones with blaring audio. She had one of her friend's kid playing on one of the display phones with BLARING audio the entire time we were there. She clearly didn't know what she was doing either as she seemed to be having issues setting up a phone, while she was the only employee there. Terrible service, will not be coming back.

Bought two phones scam me took money for phones and plans charged me . Return one phone with the screen protector and cover only credit me for phone, supposedly there was $80 tax to the iPhone which was a lie. Horrible store 155 Little Creek Norfolk Virginia 23506?

I wanted a phone I had brought to have the same phone as a phone I had drowned and the girls there helped me every way they could, but I couldn't remember my 8 digit pin. We finally decided to set up a different account and they helped me out with a pin I can never forget! They are wonderful! But they told me that their bosses got upset if anyone waited for their Lyft inside the store. Apparently, they think it looks suspicious for a 70 yr old lady to wait inside for her ride.
