Cray is the best. He is very detailed and patient. Great customer service. I showed cray a picture and he definitely did an awesome job and made it look better than the picture. I found a hidden gem.

Rude and act like they dont want to do your nails when you walk in they wont even be busy and will tell you to come back they pick and choose i will never go here again

I’ve been searching for SO many nail shops around here in Norfolk that are consistent with each shape and thickness of doing acrylic nails and this place is it! Everyone is super super friendly and knows what they’re doing! Definitely have my business from now on❤️❤️

I LOVE this nail spa! The young man who did my pedicure did a tremendous job! He did so well that I don't want anyone else to touch my feet when I come for my pedicures. The color lasts quite a while and doesn't chip or fade. I was literally prepared to weather the storm! The first time I came here was the night of that horrible hurricane that caused extreme flooding. It started to pour at the same time I was checking out. I had to run to my car in my open-toe sandals, but the work he put in was not in vain! My feet survived the hurricane and it is for this very reason I will only see him. I already don't like people touching my feet, but I know my feet are safe with him. I pray he never leaves because its taken me a while to find a nail salon I trust.The actually spa is small and a bit crowded, but that seems to be a common theme for all the best nail spas.Service: Pedicure

I called this business to set an appointment. I do not recommend if you are black ! The lady that answered was very rude. She pretended to act as if she didn’t understand my words and hung up in my face! These Asian businesses are always so rude to us. Do not fund them!

Decent experience. Came for full set and pedicure. Nails came out decent but one of my acrylic nails had hair encapsulated in it that I didn’t realize until I left on vacation.The gel polish started peeling within the first two days of getting them done. The staff was willing to try for designs I just wish the person who did mine was up front with not being able to do the design on my nail when I first showed her I wanted simple flower designs on my middle and ring finger. Once the person that could do it did it I was ok with how they came out. Other than that I liked how they were shaped.

I stopped in yesterday to ask about prices and availability. I made an appointment for today and randomly ended up with Jack for my pedicure and Ana for my dip manicure. Both did an awesome job. (The last place I went said they knew how to do dip, but clearly did not...) MK is small and a little run-down, but it's the first place I've ever gone that doesn't feel like a factory trying to get as many people in and out as quickly as possible. Both techs were friendly and paid attention to detail. The best part is, the prices were very reasonable (lower than average) and the place is convenient to get to.

Staff was pretty nice and accommodating, my mother and I went for Mani and Pedi. Place pretty clean. The technician that did my pedi accidentally gave me the wrong Pedicure(Spa) when I only asked for the classic(regular) one however, he caught his mistake and did not charge me the difference for the service. Overall good experience.

They were amazing, nice and even found flaws on my nails from another place and fixed it for nothing extra. This is my new favorite salon!Edited to add my new fill and color from here...still beautiful
