We have just moved up here and established a new veterinarian for our dogs, but appointments were 2 week out. We brought our dog into Muddy paws to have his anal gland expressed.. 2 days later he showing discomfort back there, was clearly in a lot of pain. We call the Vet, explained the situation, they were able to get him in. He had some swelling and his glands were full. We do not recomend.

My dog has been going to this groomers for about 4-5 years and at first starting off they were great! Then it started to get worse over the years as far as customer service. My Dog’s cuts are always spot on but their customer service sucks. It’s been a few issues with my dog’s account before. They lost his shot records 2xs and I had to keep telling them that his shots were up to date and I showed them proof, once emailed them, and they still were saying they didn’t have it. So that annoyed me. They have this strict rule that if you don’t come get your dog within 1 hour of them calling/ texting you they charge you a late fee. They charged me this fee once before after they called me one time I didn’t answer the phone because I was working and had it on silent and they didn’t even leave a VM. They had a secondary number to call for my husband and didn’t call him at all. I didn’t know that until later on. Normally they would call AND text if they couldn’t reach me but this particular time no text just called me once with No VM. I would’ve most likely been able to look at the text to see that he was ready… I just couldn’t answer the phone. But then again they had my husband’s # as well. I was calling my husband to see if they called him to let him know to go pick our dog up, and he said no. So I called them back and they told me they called and he’s been ready. So I told them my husband was on his way he may be about 10-15 mins late after call time because I’m just now seeing the missed call. They still charged me the late fee. I just had another incident with them saying that my daughter had to go to the emergency room because she was high feverish and vomiting out of no where and I wanted to see if I could either bring him at a later time if they had it available or if I could reschedule my time whichever was best for them. At first the one groomer understood and was about to switch it for me until she suddenly placed me on hold (assuming to talk to another groomer about it) then came back to the phone to say we are going to have to charge you a rescheduling fee if you don’t either bring him in earlier or bring him at his appointment time. “So can you bring him before you take your daughter to the ER?” Is what she said to me. I thought that was super inconsiderate and Unsympathetic. We did have some exchange of words after that and I did curse out of rage and shocked that she would even utter that out of her mouth. It’s never that serious. She then told me she didn’t see how that was inconsiderate to say being that they were trying to work with my schedule and I could bring him in before I took her. I told her “yes it I was because if I go to this emergency room and my dog is there and you finish his cut before I get out because god knows how long it’ll be, and I don’t come get him within the 1hr timeframe of you calling me, you would charge me a late fee.” She paused because she knew it was true. It was a lot more things she said that were rude and not customer service like. I felt that she was being sarcastic most of the time I was talking to her. I really wanted to get out of character but I composed myself for the MOST part. From that moment I knew that this was truly not the place for me and my pet. Also this was not the first interaction between us.

*Visiting from out of town for 2 weeks, would return if I were stationed here.* They were able to get my girl in for a bath, de-shed, toenails, and ears with just a few days notice. Not only does Rose smell amazing but they actually took the time to de-shed her (we’ve done this service at other places and hair just continues to fly off of her). Alanna was amazing and cannot recommend enough to anyone searching for a great place for their pet. Their small Sshop also had a lot of safe, minimal ingredient snacks for your fur baby. Hope this review continues to help others find, I base my selection of places solely on recent reviews ♥️

Boarded our dog for the holidays they are so nice here and they have grooming and a supply store as well with much healthier options for your fur babies.

Such a great locally owned business! They are very attentive and will answer your questions/recommend products based on your needs. I love bringing my doggies here to pick out their own treats. Been a regular for several years and will continue to support them!

Danielle hung up the phone and her coworkers failed to acknowledge this. She lied and say I was blasting music and windows down when I’m literally sitting outside waiting for food. I took my dog son here in recommendation of Dog & Cat hospital but they are rude. Asked to speak to a manager they just throw the phone down with no confirmation and with attitudes. Never did I expect to make a call and have my TBI triggered

They have great pet brands in pet treats, kibble, and accessories. They carry simple ingredient pet food which I always look for since one of my dogs have food sensitivities. They have great customer service, knowledgeable in products they carry, and super helpful overall.

I have been taking my dog here regularly for about a year just to get a bath and nail trim. Recently when I was taking my dog in, she immediately froze up the second I went to give her to the groomer and would not move out of fright. I took this as a sign and will not be going back. My dog LOVES people and for her to be suddenly so petrified set off some flags for me. I'm giving 2 stars just because they have never not done a good job, then again it's just a bath and nail trim.
