My nail tech is Steve and my daughter nail tech is Vivian. They both have done such an amazing job with our nails. The dedication and patience they both put into making sure the customer is satisfied is amazing. Vivian also did my individual eyelashes and I am throughly impressed with her work. Steve is wonderful and he took the time to understand what I liked and made it come to life. Vivian was patient with my nine year old daughter and my daughter will not go to any other tech. Friendly service, Steve(the other Steve at the front desk) always greets you when you come in and makes sure that your experience was a good one. Everyone there is actually friendly period. I work right next door at THE UPS STORE so when they read this they know who I am. If you are looking for an affordable, friendly, reliable place go to nails,etc!!!! You will not be disappointed.

This is my new nail salon! LINDA IS AWESOME! I got a manicure and pedicure by Linda and wanted to try cateye polish for the first time. Linda was so thorough and did such a great job. She is very attentive to detail and did a fantastic job on the cateye! Everyone was so accommodating, even showing me extra cateye colors to make sure it was the color I wanted. Also, I should add that I've went into other nail salons where I felt unwelcome and that was not the case here. I felt so welcomed and cared about! I will definitely be back! 😊

I have always had a good experience there's plenty of girls in there that know what they're doing excellent eyebrows Jessica does tattooing eyebrows eyeliner and your lips. Jessica does a wonderful job and it's very reasonable I would always recommend this salon over any other one in Norfolk. THE BEST IN NORFOLK!2024!!

They was fast but the quality of work was horrible. The older lady left lumps on my gel polish and got irritated from me asking her to fix it and they didn’t know how to get a basic marble design. Usually I only go to get my feet and eyebrows done but since today was horrible I will not be returning

This was my second time ever going my first experience was okay but my experience yesterday was not all that I came to get a pedicure and the lady cut my heal of my foot and didn’t tell me she also rushed my pedicure they have great service but they will rush to get to the next person

As a massage therapist, I had great experience. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. My Nail tech was Vivian. She was very gentle with my 8 month past due ?pedicure and she did phenomenal job. I will be back soon!
