Stephanie, (The store manager) is rude, and definitely lets her title go to her head, so long story short, I came into the store to swap out an item that I bought online for a bigger size and instead of swapping my shoe out for a bigger size, they ordered my shoe online for the same exact size that I came in there trying to swap out. So I called customer service like one of the store employees told me to and customer service told me that there was nothing that they could do with an in store order, but issue me a refund after I had received my item which they couldn’t do because I hadn’t received my item yet. I had just placed the order that day, so I went back into the store and let them hear customer service. Tell them that it was nothing that they could do, That’s when I asked to speak to the manager, Stephanie had me sit and wait in the aisle while she went and fussed at her employee that had made an honest mistake of re-ordering my shoes in the wrong size and then proceeded to come and tell me that I had to call customer service back and tell them to cancel my order after I told her that customer service said they could not cancel my order, then put me out the store when she originally the one who made me wait in the store, I told Stephanie that all they could do was issue me a refund which they couldn’t do because I hadn’t received the item and she continued to say yes they can, I spoke to customer service plenty of times. So I put her on three-way with customer service as they sat and told her the same exact thing that I told her and she still just bulldozed over everything that he was trying to say, and I was trying to say she just didn’t care you could tell in her voice and her demeanor that she didn’t wanna hear it, even the customer service rep intervened to tell her he’s been doing this job for years and that what she was doing and saying to me was wrong. I most likely will never go into this store again I’ll just do all my shopping online.

The store was packed and I just wasted to get out quick. When I got up to the register Elvis was helping me out. He told me about other sales going on in the store. Instead of one pair of shoes I got two. Elvis made me feel like I was the only customer he had. I was checked out quickly, but he also let me know of a sale I didn't know about.
