Billy is a complete scam artist. Selling frame bent cars with cheap, orange peel paint jobs. Extremely rude, disgusting behavior. Beware of this shop and avoid at all costs. The tire shop next door is affiliated with him as well, and they are selling cheap knock off tires and wheels-you can get much better deals and pricing at other places.
