Made an appointment to get new tires. Arrived and tires were installed in a timely manner. We went out for lunch and when we arrived back at Pepboys they had it completed and were lowering it back to the ground. It was all of 5 minutes before we were back driving. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable too.

Before booking an appointment online to have a tire replaced I called to make sure they had the tire I needed in stock. They did, and I was wild to come at 12:00 and it would take 30 minutes. I arrived early, but at 12:30 my car had yet to move from its parking spot. When I inquired about the timing I was told it would be at least another 40 minutes because of another car in front of me. I mentioned that I was told if I arrived at 12 it would only take 30 minutes, to which I was told “well he tells you that to get you in here”
Personally, I don’t appreciate being lied to. If a job is going to take 1.5 hours then be upfront about it.

Update: I was very thankful for the help I received when I went here but today I cleaned the truck someone went through my black bag,took some cash. I don't go out and barely used this truck.i only went here. I hope the management find out who's the thief.

Staff was very professional and helpful. When I asked about a veterans discount, I was thanked for my service and had a friendly discussion with both managers about my military service! I've been getting my tires here for awhile, and will continue buying from Pep Boys!

Tamika was a wonderful person at the repair desk!! She has reignited my confidence in Pep Boys. When I spoke with her she understood my issue and need and was able to get me taken care of same day. Thank you so much for the amazing service and the heartfelt warm smile that left me leaving with a smile. She should really be the face of pep boys training all other locations. Thanks for a great experience during an upsetting situation.

Would not recommend. Please take your business elsewhere. I called this pep boys multiple times to ensure that I could have my car towed to it for a diagnostic test. They ensured me that they could diagnose my car. Following the tow, I did a walk through of the vehicle with the employee and started a work order. They were supposed to be done with the diagnostic test the following day. 3 days later, a different person called me and said “they don’t work on my car” and that I needed to take it elsewhere. They have offered no apology and no assistance for their mistake. The employees I have spoken to since this error have been rude and dismissive.

Allen was amazing help, if you need anything done they are very informative and polite. Got me in checked my engine, and fixed to go all in one day as a walkin. Awesome service !!!

Terrible experience, I initially took my car in for an alignment and as I was pulling up I got a flat tire. They concluded they could not fix the tire but never let me know and still charged me for tire repair. I had to call them myself to even get notified about my car near closing time after I asked several times before releasing my car if it would done before closing. This is how my car was returned to me.
