Love this shop. Half my home is filled with plants from here as well as my business. Very knowledgeable on plant care and always a great selection! Can't recommend them enough.

My first time visiting the shop. I had a warm and pleasant chat with who I assume is the owner. I purchased this handsome staghorn specimen along with a variegated string of hearts both of which are very healthy. Great collectors plants and great prices. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Their tropical plant soil is pretty terrible. Mostly coco coir, TERRIBLE drainage (will rot your roots and give you white flies) also lacking anything nitrogen rich. My plants hate it. I asked if they could recommend some low light/indirect light plants, I live in the city so the buildings mess with my natural light. They claimed it didn’t matter how much light it got, it would only affect how fast it grew (which is incorrect) if you don’t know the right answer don’t claim to and give people incorrect information. Everything from pots to plants way way over priced just because it’s off Granby St. Just go to your local plant nursery. They are just trying to make plants boujie over there, just like every other Granby St business. The ambience is cool, but who cares? Needless to say, everything I bought from there is hanging on by a thread. Wouldn’t recommend. Sorry but had to be honest.

Mallory was super nice and helpful. As a beginner, I asked a lot of questions related to plants care, and Mallory was very patient in answering all my questions. Highly recommend this store.

Cute little plant shop with shockingly decent prices. All the plants looked happy and well cared for, and they had some interesting varieties.

This is a wonderful little shop with hard-to-beat prices on healthy plants! A necessary stop for me on trips to Norfolk.

Intimate plant shop with a good selection of house plants. I first came here to get some potting soil to repot my plants. The person working that day was helpful and answered all of my questions. I was shopping around for plants that day then ended up returning that day to purchase a hurricane fern plant, because I couldn't find what I was looking for elsewhere. The pots they have available are chic. I will definitely be back to feed my indoor plant desires.

I am updating my review to five stars!! Thank you Plant Norfolk for purchasing a portable ramp for people like myself that are confined to a wheelchair or otherwise cannot use steps! I have yet to go shop there and I will add any other deets to this review once I have ? thankyouthankyouthankyou!!**my old review below:I was so excited to finally be able to go to plant norfolk. A new local women owned lgbtq+ friendly plant store that specializes in rare houseplants is 100% the type of place I’d like to support. But I couldn’t because I’m in a wheelchair and this shop has no ramp or back entrance. My heart broke. I was literally holding back tears. Please fix this.**

When I first set foot in this outrageously stylish boutique, I was transported. Transported, yes, to a dream-like state where I walked beside the brachiosaurus and leaves of various variegations reached out to grab my hand. Grab my hand, yes, to remind me - “We are here. We exist. If not forever, then now.” We exist, yes, and the connection that binds us to this rock is only fortified by what we give, and what we give invariably includes those smallest, most beautiful creatures. Those most beautiful creatures, yes, which are available in abundance at Plant Norfolk, so that we may be transported, yes, again and again, and reminded of the dreams we once had.

Stopped by last week at closing time and the lovely shop teller still tended to me very graciously, answered all of my questions and showed me around. Will definitely be coming back buying from Plant Norfolk soon.
