Customer service over the phone is possibly the worst I have ever experienced. Waited over 30 minutes for a rep and they were practically useless and unwilling to help. Not talking about this branch directly but in general.

Today at the Raby Road location Ms. Denise helped me with a I’ve been having sending statements to another business. She helped me with no problems I really appreciate Ms. Denise taking her time with me sending emails and a fax . She really didn’t have to help I appreciate her so much she made my day.

Very unprofessional would not let me open up business account. Act as if I was done kind of thug who could not afford to bank with them. Kept telling me she was locked out her system. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️

This used to be port alliance FCU mind you the former credit union was not member friendly especially with auto loans. They will bother you for the payments yet they can’t send the release of interest for your auto loan to either your DMV or your home once you paid them off. I don’t recommend auto loans here especially for active service members. Go to marine FCU or Navy FCU for your loans, and stay away from this place.

I think I've been neglected and disrespected at the Raby Rd., Chartway branch for the last time. My parents have banked there since it was port alliance. I have been a member now for about four years. I've sat in the drive-through for as long as 10 minutes with no one else in line waiting for service. There are other times that I have sat in the drive-through with another car and we both are waiting for service.Today at 2:30 I entered the lobby and logged in at the customer service desk. There was no one else in the lobby no one in any of the offices. And two people behind the teller line neither of the two people behind the teller line, looked up and greeted me although there is no one else in the branch. Finally, a young lady came out of the drive-through window and ask could she help me. I advs I want to open an IRA and a money market account. She said she was new and unfortunately I would need to talk to one of the other two individuals there. I told her no thank you I would go somewhere else and told her why . I intend to pull all of my mothers funds from Chartway. I am not sure where I will be moving them yet. There's just no excuse. It used to be an awesome branch.

Rejected my first direct deposit. Ended up having to get a paper check from my work. Then find out there is a 10 day wait for the funds to get deposited from the check. All I get is a sorry for the inconvenience, apparently things like being able to pay my bills, utilities, on time payments for credit cards and such are just a simple inconvenience. It's 2023, an absolute embarrassment that there would still be a 10 day hold on a check. Navy Federal takes two days. I had thought the convenience of a nearby branch would be better. I'll be switching back to Navy Federal as soon as this is cleared up.

If I could give this branch zero stars I would the are rude and the drive threw move slo and they stay with a attitude. Today it closed so I had to walk in. I gave the lady my card she put my receipt on the countertop and slid it to me I felt like I was racially profiled. The tidewater dr branch is so nice and professional I’ll never return back to this branch again.

Went in for personal loan. Lindsay Abrams the branch manager help me. She was very knowledgeable polite and on top of her game. Not only was I approved for the personal loan. She helped me refinance my auto loan and got me a lower rate and monthly payment. And to top it off she was also able to lower my rate on my credit card as well. Thanks so much Lindsay. Amazing job!

Mrs. Lindsey Abrams took care of us and she was awesome. She went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns. She took her time to make sure we understood everything that was being explained and gave us advises on what to do now and what to leave for later. Overall she made the whole process very easy for us and we would definitely recomend her to all of our friends and family.

Mrs. Helena Meadows and Lindsey Abram were patient and understanding. They went beyond traditional cuustomer aervice to assist with my issue. They are also very knowledgeable in their field. Helena and Lindsey were both thorough in explaining documents and policy. I would recommend this branch to anyone.
