This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever had to deal with!! I dropped the container off yesterday at 4:30 pm and finally got a call today that it was ready for pickup at 2pm. Got here after 2:45pm and after finally finding the container I see this during my pre-trip. The lady in the office was very nasty and rude! Had that the audacity to say it couldn’t be proven that it was blown out here!!! Even though they had to move the container to get in and out of the dock doors!!! This place needs to be shut down or management needs to be replaced and come in and fire everyone working in that office!! The most unprofessional and dishonest place I’ve ever had to deal with ever!!

Easy to get to; just use Google maps (take intermodal way) should update Garmin it will route correctly if so. Every GPS should be updated every 30 to 60 days to get the best use due to construction. Google is live updated so much more accurate at portside and other location around the US...

This could be one helluva place to find. Do not believe in your GPS. Your GPS should take you on Hampton Blvd... after that... Construction Construction Construction. Call Portside for direction. The office personnel and crew are professional and courteous.Once you arrive, back your loaded trailer to any open bay. Yes... u can break the seal and open your trailer doors. Remember to remove your load locks. They are hard to come by.Once you have accomplished backing into the dock, report to the office with the dock number you backed into. Too Easy! Peace Out!
