I bought my car here in 2019 and try to get all my work done here. I will not be going here again in the future. Poor replacement of a fuse. Wiring from fuse was poorly wrapped with electrical tape. Check engine light came on after leaving service center. Took it back and now they’re claiming my engine will lock up soon and will need to be replaced? A day later I realize there zero oil in the car. There was oil when I took it in, and I requested an oil change that was never done apparently. Communication was poor. Apparently the tech that looked at my vehicle wasn’t even aware of the bad fuse even though I showed pictures to the tech that was there when I dropped it off. Literally the main reason I brought it in. They acted like all I needed was gas. My car seems to be in worse shape than what it was when I brought it in. Really disappointed after $1500 spent and will not be purchasing from Ford again.

Well first I do not understand why it takes 24 to 48 hours to do a diagnostic test. The check engine light is on my 2015 Ford Escape the light is not blinking but solid so I know an issue is coming up. I got a reading done at AutoZone and they only saw 1 issue code which is good but suggest I take it to be diagnose more. I called Ford on Monday to schedule a appointment she got me set for 7:30am on Friday I dropped it off at 6:45am, as of yesterday it is still there I have been trying to contact my service advisor Rob several times yesterday just to see when it will be looked at so I can determine if I will need to schedule someone to get me to work on Monday. Tried calling services again this morning and also texting Rob still got no answer. When I called yesterday instead of connect to the phone menu check the status of your vehicle I chose schedule a appointment a lady answered I told her I am just checking to see when my vehicle will be looked at that was all I want and gave her the name of my service advisor she stated he was with a customer and she will tell him I called and he would call me back that was around 2:30pm on Friday I did not receive a call back nor a text back. I am very upset this is my only vehicle and I don’t have a lot of money to keep using a Uber to get around. I know it is the holidays but they do this when it is not a damn holiday. I am pissed no communication back at all so why text “Hello this is Rob your service advisor you can text or call me for updates” when you don’t respond😒

The Service Department is absolutely horrendous. I had an appointment on Monday, 15 December 2025, at 0745 for three recalls and a continually popping Check Engine Light. The Check Engine Light would come on intermittently multiple times a week and has been occurring for the past 6 months. Two weeks ago, the Check Engine Light came on and remained on. I dropped my car off with the understanding that my service would be completed no later than Tuesday morning. At 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, I called and was informed that my car had not yet been assigned a technician. My car was eventually ready for pickup on Thursday, 18 December at 315pm. When I arrived to pick up my car on Friday, 19 December, I inquired about the reason for the Check Engine Light. The Service Representative said they cleared the light and were unable to reassemble it. When I asked what the reasoning was for the light, he stated that he didn't know which codes popped. He informed me to ask the technician. When I asked the technician, he stated that he didn't remember and that I would just have to bring the car back into the shop whenever the Check Engine Light came back on. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why make an appointment if your car won't even be seen that day? It was an inconvenience to have to borrow a car for five days and then find out that the technician cleared a code and doesn't actually know what set it off or how to fix it. This is not the first time I have had a negative experience at Priority Ford Service. Against my better judgment, I decided to give them one more chance, and they once again were a complete and utter disappointment. I regret buying my vehicle from this establishment. I will never again bring my car to this service station. Would give 0.0 stars if possible.

Bought a new F-150 and salesman was a clown. At delivery, new F-159 had not been cleaned. 5 months of dust on inside was obvious, even in the dark at 8PM. Since then Service is a joke. Fast lane is anything but fast. 7 hours for oil change and tire rotation…with an appointment. Service Dept always pushes back on warranty work. Last job done was to fix a rattle on front pax door. Rattle fixed but dealer never re-installed rubber plugs and they scratched paint in door jamb. Won’t be going back to these clowns for any reason.

I am very disappointed with the service I received at Priority Ford. I dropped my car off at 10:00 AM for a simple oil change, and it ended up taking over five hours to complete. Throughout that entire time, I couldn't get any updates. I tried reaching out to Michael for information, but he would not text me back or communicate at all about how long the service was going to take.
A basic oil change should not require that much time, and the complete lack of communication made the experience even more frustrating. Customers deserve timely updates and someone who is willing to respond when they have questions about their vehicle.
I hope Priority Ford improves their communication and customer service, because this experience was unacceptable and I will never be coming back to this establishment it's quite clear y'all care more about slacking off then taking care of your customers

I do NOT recommend this dealership at all.
Here’s what happened: the Check Engine light came on. We came to this dealer, they charged us, “replaced something,” but it didn’t fix the issue. It felt like a straightforward scam.
They have a very strict service contract stating they take no responsibility for the parts they install and give no guarantee that their work will actually fix the problem. And of course — it didn’t.
We had to come back again. They ran another check-in, “cleaned” something, added extra services, charged us more money — and the issue still wasn’t resolved. The service is honestly terrible.
The only positive thing is that they offer a shuttle ride home while your car is being serviced. That’s literally the only free thing they provide (besides water in the waiting area).
I’m writing this review several months after their so-called repairs. The Check Engine light came back on again. The problem was never fixed. It seems they simply cleared the code and sent us away.
God bless!

Rodney provided exceptional service for my car. I do believe this is my 2nd time this month bringing my car for service. Rodney is ALWAYS kind and patient.
He's takes the time out to explain my car issues and reassures me that the issue can and will be taken care of in a timely manner. He also explains my warranty and advised while my car is being service I'm will be entitled with a loaner car so I can pick up my 92 grandmother after work and take my daughter back and school. He takes my needs in consideration and make sure i'm
covered while my car is being service.
Rodney is always my favorite service advisor!!!

Reviews can be tricky because everyone has different needs, but here’s my experience.
I went there to see a used car I had found online — a Kia, not a Ford. Max was the salesperson who welcomed us. He was extremely polite, very kind, and genuinely helpful from the start. We ended up buying the car, and Max did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied.
We later had an issue with the sunroof, and Max personally followed up with the Kia service center. He called them himself to make sure the repair would be handled properly. In the end, I got the car back with the sunroof fixed.
I can’t say whether every salesperson there would go this far, but Max truly went above and beyond. He deserves to be recognized for his dedication — and honestly, he deserves a better desk than the one he currently has.
Thank you, Max!

Just called in to check on the status of a form that I sent in 2 weeks ago for a simple signature. Unfortunately, I spoke with Lewis who apparently was having a rough day. First he says that he “didnt mean to pick up, he was actually about to make an outbound call.” After explaining my dilemma politely, he gave up trying to help and instantly attempted to transferred me. Now I am not sure if he was struggling to work the phone or not but the call got silent, then disconnected. After that, I called back and the call got picked up (by Lewis I’m assuming) but no one greeted me or said a thing and then just disconnected the call. After calling back for the 3rd time I thankfully got an operator who transferred me to the finance department and left a voicemail with Julie who I hope will get back with me soon. I really hope these calls are recorded so that people can be held accountable and have some sort of reason to behave appropriately when dealing with customers. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessional service at a dealership before and I hope no one else has to go through this experience.
