She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and made the whole process feel effortless. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Gladys stands out as someone who truly goes above and beyond. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made me feel completely at ease with my decision to store here. I’ve been renting a storage unit at this location for the past few years, and I want to recognize Gladys for the outstanding service she’s provided during my time here. She has always been professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Gladys goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel taken care of, and it really made my experience stress-free. Gladys is amazing. She provided info on rates and availabilities over the phone. At this location in NORFOLK, they had hand trucks available. The office is clean. Each one of the storage units I saw were well kept and clean. We had a really good experience. We need Storage again will be coming back. Thank you Glass for all your help.

Gladys was a beautiful help with the whole process, made everything clear and a fast process. A true blessing to anyone trying to deal with the hassle of moving and finding a good storage unit. The storage is more than enough space and they even offered a deal and did not try to milk more money. 10/10 would recommend!

First time renting a storage unit & NEVER AGAIN will i go to public storage. I had my storage unit from March to August & when i came back, mice went through my things. Boxes were torn through, mice poop literally EVERYWHERE. They bit through my couch and a seat apart of my balcony set. I understand things happen but the insurance that you are forced to get through public storage covered NOTHING. The lack of consideration regarding this issue tells me all i need to know about this company but it’s a lesson learned.

have been at this facility about 2 months now and I love it…. I left my previous facility due to constant rate hikes- The price here was amazing compared to surrounding storage facilities and on top of the great monthly price, they had an awesome move in special so it was mere pennies to get in the door- The customer service is fantastic- Gladys, the on site manager is so friendly and helpful- she keeps the place spinning like a top- she is always there to shoot you a friendly wave and a hello and every time I had a question or concern, she got me an answer or resolved the issue in minutes. She keeps the place clean and safe- I feel confident in storing my possessions here with her on duty-
I’d rent here again in a second! Give em a call- you’ll be glad you did-
thank me later!
